Dirty floor, dirty tables, very few employees, locked bathrooms, employees tell you to order from a kiosk. Food was genuinely quite good though, fresh and hot. But I shouldn’t come into an establishment Wondering where the heck I should sit because every table needs to be wiped down and the floors are disgusting with dirt marks and random marks and hairs and sticky spots all over the floor and tables. Strange smell in the restaurant as well, when I enter a restaurant I want to smell food not. a weird metallic musky smell. The good is good but not $30 for 2 people good. we got combos, a burrito and a bowl..both were tasty but they only give you 1 salsa container which for some isn’t a lot

I asked for salad with no chicken they gave me a handful of lettuce And called it a salad When I asked the manager If she thought that was worth 16 She said well that’s your perception I turned to another customer and asked him would you pay $16 for this he looked at the so-called salad and snarled and said no I said exactly it’s a fact not my opinion I asked for my money back and she said I’ll do it this time and I said yes she most certainly will I got my $16 and left

I am very disappointed of this location and pollo loco’s food. The food quality is bad.. yesterday I ordered a double chicken tostada but it was a joke I paid for double chicken but instead I received a tostada with minimum lettuce rice and beans and a few pieces of chicken and a slice of avocado. I am very disappointed.. for sure that meal wasn’t worth $13.

Missing items on order. Unfortunately couldn’t tell until I got home. Asked the cashier to double check items. Still missed it. This is the 3rd time order not complete. Store voicemail full so couldn’t complain or tell anyone. Will stop on later and try and get credit back on card. To bad guess I’ll have to take bags apart at the drive thru window. A pain.

The kids who work nowadays don’t seem to have any customer-service skills. I was standing there for about five minutes when one of the kids finally acknowledged me & took my order. Minimum eye contact, not friendly, no expression, no thank you. I got my order promptly & the food is always fresh, hot & tastes great. No complaints about the food. The workers just need some training in better communication skills & better customer service.

This el pollo loco’s food is pretty good although they have a few hiccups such as leaving huge stems of cilantro in with the leaves and not giving enough salsa. They do accept EBT, but only within the restaurant, which is cool. Edited to add we came to this location a few days ago and they only gave us one salad dressing, put all topics on my bowl when I wanted a plain bowl, and the cherry on top was a fully frozen salad.

I like how they’re don’t overgrill the chicken like some other chains.
The size of the sides has really dropped down from before, but the chicken tastes pretty good. I’ll probably only get the chicken from now on.
Did do mobile order for asap pick up, but waited about 10min at the location after the time my order was supposed to be done.

Went to El Pollo in Glendora and the chips were all smashed with no extra salsa that I requested. The pollo bowl was okay. Very bad service. The drive thru lane didn’t even have that many customers at all on a Saturday.

Can’t rate the food, because I didn’t get any! Walked in planning to order. Standing at counter waiting to place an order with somebody, because I was going to pay with cash, so I couldn’t use the self ordering screen. Female worker was busy cleaning up the containers behind the counter that hold the food once cooked. It was around 8:30 p.m., so this made me think maybe they close at 9, no problem if they did. Only to find out after leaving, they’re open until 10:30. Female worker never once acknowledged anybody while I was there!
