Stay away! I understand inflation has taken a toll on everything but these large chain businesses only use it as an excuse for their own profit benefit. A week ago I came here and ordered a family meal with 8 piece chicken. What I got was about 8 pieces of what looked like miniature chicken. 7elevena wings were bigger than the chicken I had received. I thought, maybe I just got a small chicken, bad luck, right. Well today I order some nachos and we’ll, I’ll let the picture do the talking. I think you get more meat from a street taco than what they put on this plate. Old guacamole already turning black. Shame on the manager handling this place for allowing this to be representative of what normally is a decent fast food alternative. Drive the extra miles, your wallet and stomach will appreciate it, trust me!

I order a 16 pcs. bucket. I got home and checked my order to find out that the thighs were cut in half and the chicken was old and very dry. Would not recommend eating or getting chicken from here.

Worst pollo loco i have ever been to in my life. Everything tasted like the people that made it had no idea what they were doing. Mac and cheese was watery and spilled all over my food thanks to it. all the sauces watery, they didnt have creamy cilantro. And the overall quality was just inconsistent with the standards im used to at pollo loco. Maybe the workers were new today but this experience was awful and i wont be coming back to this location. It looks like other reviewers have had this same problem id post on the website so they can better address these issues but from the looks of it it’d be a waste of my time. Nothing has been done about the quality of this place for months if not years i can see reviews going back to a year or more about their watered down sauce and bad service so my advice. Don’t come to this location. Why? Because these guys don’t care at all they continue to get terrible reviews to this day and nothing changes so don’t waste your money.

Just went and ordered “pollo bowls” for my family. Their response: “we’re out of pollo bowls. We only have dinner meals.” Ummm… What? You’re out of rice, beans, and chicken? The same thing that your dinner menu is made of. Terrible service. Sounds like they have lazy workers at that location. Next time I’ll go to churches chicken, Popeyes, or KFC.
