I had the best dinner here in a long time. Especially for being located in the casino, everything was wonderful. Our server Alexander was very attentive and took great care of the table. It was a large group of 8 people and everything went smoothly. We were never in need of anything. The food was very tasty and seasoned perfectly. The pasta and salmon entrees were my favorite. The two pizzas we ordered, went so fast we didn’t even take a photo. Prices are on the higher end, but worth every penny. I frequently visit the casino, and cannot wait to return.

Sat at the bar for dinner. They have an electronic menu for all the wine and drinks and a standard menu for the food. Full service at the bar. I started with a kettle one martini. The bartender made it perfect.They even used really good quality olives. I ordered a caesar salad and the Genovese pasta with
Mezzi Paccheri, Short Rib,
White Ragu, Caramelized Onions. The caesar salad was bright and light with crumbled croutons.The dressing, however was lacking flavor. As for the pasta( all made in-house.) . The mezzi was cooked a perfect al dente. The sauce was very marsala forward which overpowered the whole dish but still was enjoyable.It can get quite loud too being that its an open floor plan right next to the casino. Also ,to call itself a fine dining restaurant is a little ridiculous. I would say it’s more of a overpriced contemporary Italian restaurant

The food here was absolutely delicious! Every dish was full of flavor and made the experience so enjoyable. Our server was very friendly and welcoming, which made the atmosphere even better. I had a wonderful time dining with my family, and the dessert was the perfect sweet ending to the meal. Highly recommend!

Loved everything about this restaurant! The food, service, and atmosphere were all great. Taste of everything was a real treat to the palate, portions were fairly large, and very value priced considering all the above. I will say that an app and one of the entrées came out a little cold, but it was taken care of, and rather than reheat the food, they brought out new ones. It must be so hard in a high volume restaurant like this to keep the hot food coming out to each table in a timely manner. Maybe ask your server to pay attention to this more and coordinate with the food runner? The meatballs and Chicken Marsala were tender, flavorful, and melt in your mouth. Gotta admit, I was NOT expecting the experience here at a restaurant in the Seminole Hard Rock to be as good as it was! It’s worth coming here even if you’re NOT gambling or doin a concert. Highly recommend!

Dropped by for a group dinner, they were very accommodating, moving chairs and tables for us.
The interior and bar area are both very nicely furnished, the design accents are classy (brick/ wood / plush seats).
The food had variety and though I’m not someone that usually goes for Italian, I enjoyed the pasta. Appetizers were great, desserts memorable and delicious.
Also- I loved their cocktails and wine selection, particularly their Old Fashioned.

We stayed at the hotel and dined here memorial weekend. We enjoyed the Salmon, Caesar Salad, Mushroom Pizza and Butter pasta for kids. My 10 year old is a huge critic and fussy eater and he kept saying how amazing everything was. Our server Justine was amazing. Excellent service and brought kids food out first because she knows thats most important. We had the hazelnut chocolate dessert and espresso was a hit.
