This place has the “honor” of having served me the worst meal I’ve ever been served. While the chicken was tasty, if a bit desiccated, the salad under it was made of wilting, slimy, partially decomposing lettuce. The burrito was decent.

I’ve been here twice since they have opened (reopened?). Both times the place was filthy. Garbage was overflowing, trash of all sorts on the floors, tables in back all dirty. Management needs to make sure the workers are out cleaning when they have time, which as I watched several chit chat in the background when no customers were ordering I presume they had time.

the food was delicious, the chicken was very well seasoned and the sides are ideal to accompany the chicken, you can see how they cook and each piece of chicken that you eat will be fresh from the fire, The only bad thing was that I visited the place twice and the cashier had trouble hearing me and on both occasions she put my name wrong which made me confused when they called my name But apart from that I recommend this place it is very clean and there is a lot of space if you want to eat there

Whatever you do please don’t come to this location or even order pick up order, let me shared my story I decided to order a 4 piece meal and a tostada and with a pick up time at 6:30pm I arrived ready to pick up my food and I was met with manager Osvaldo, V and he informed me that someone had placed a order of 20 pieces, yet from my view I could seen multiple chicken on the grill, and to offer me a free soda c’mon really. Well this is my opinion and try to save yourself a headache dealing with a manager with childish behavior.

I like El Pollo very much. However, there’s 3 times like today that the chunks of chicken are big & not fully cooked. The meat was a little hard & a few chunks were pinkish. This location by Burbank airport still needs to get their legs under them. This was our second time at this new location. The first time the chicken was perfect, this time all the chicken they had cooked was already overcooked, chewy and dried out. If they can’t sell what they cooked earlier, they need to discard the dried out leftovers and get some new chicken on the grill.

Usually i like a 2 piece meal leg and thy. Sadly this chicken was really small ,as in tiny ! Very disappointed! While i was waiting for this a man was picking up his nachos. Here asked why no cheese on top? There reply was, “we ran out “! One of the employees brought over boiling Mazzarella cheese and spooned a little on top. The guy was startled by this, but he was hungry so he let it go.
