Sarah and the other girl in front today were not friendly at all, Sarah was giving attitude to my friends and I, I really didn’t feel welcomed, she took her sweet time to take my order, and a guy from the back had to come and take my order. She seems not to be nice with the ladies who are cooking in the back either. Very bad attitude to be in customer service!!!

Waited so long to order. Was not greeted when came in or acknowledged. Then when she was done helping the woman ahead of me, she completely skipped me and helped the person who was behind me in line. Ridiculous. I walked out. Terrible service.

I ordered Mac n cheese for my 2 yr old daughter and it contained a piece of plastic! Luckily she felt something different and spit it out and gave it to me! She could of chocked! Next time you guys need to check your food and make sure you don’t leave plastic in it! This place sucks has been going down the drain every time I go they always give my stuff wrong and I’m always missing items! And have to go all the way back for them! You guys have bad communication bad service! Also that you guys are so stingy with giving out salsas always have to be asking and saying I only want the green guacamole salsa and only get one or 2 for more than 3 meals smh..

Horrible service and management, if I could zero stars. I did an online order, and they put my al carte chicken breast with one of my meals and the chicken. Was burned, mostly bones and small, than I called ahead to add salsa avocado and an extra bag, it wasn’t in there, thank God I checked before the girl left. (Curbside) also tried calling 8x and no answer, finally someone answers, young female manager and doesn’t apologize at all, doesn’t tell me anything but that I can come in an exchange the chicken, Im don’t live in the area I was going to another job for the day and picked up there. This is the worse service ever, worse customer service from a manager. When I ask to when the GM would be in she said she didn’t know.

Ordered a double chicken tostada and this is what I got. Barely any chicken and no avocado. I also ordered a pollo bowl combo and didn’t get the chips. Make sure you check your food before leaving.

Me I am my wife frequently order the food specially chicken from this restaurant, today we did the same but all the chicken was burn and taste like bitter gourd in half of the part, I tried to go back and show them but restaurant was closed, I have a no option for todays dinner so we eat half and trash half of the part, very disappointed this time hopefully this is the first and last time with me.
