I hosted my birthday dinner here and when I say it was one of the most memorable birthdays I will ever have! My server Tanisha went over and beyond to ensure my guests and I were taken care of. She was enthusiastic to help despite being there ALL day. She wanted to make my day super special. Thank you Tanisha! The ambiance made it the perfect place to have the dinner. The DJ literally understood the assignment! Lets get to the food…. OMG!! The crab stuffed salmon is to die for! I ordered mine medium rare and the chef did not disappoint!! Drinks were beautifully crafted and delicious! I highly recommend this place and Will definitely be back!! Maybe try the brunch menu

We had an amazing experience at this. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the food was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. What truly made our visit special, though, was Tanisha. She was incredibly pleasant, professional, and genuinely accommodating. She checked on us at just the right times, made thoughtful recommendations, and handled everything with such kindness and care. Her positive attitude and attention to detail made us feel truly valued. We left happy, well taken care of, full, and excited to come back again. Highly recommend!

Great rating because of Tanisha S (waitress)!! Great experience sure to her personality and attentiveness! Good DJ, not too loud, just enough to vibe and still have a conversation. Food is flavorful and delicious. The bartender is a little slow during 2-4-1 hours, but I guess that’s expected ♂️… will defiantly return and try some other options!

We went there for a 40th Birthday gathering and let say they didn’t disappoint with their food, service and atmosphere. Everything was on point. Before we went there I read the reviews and I must say all the craze about the Corn Bread is real . It was really good. Taneisha the server was a pro in dealing with 24 people, from seating us, taking our order and delivering the food hot. Lovely experience. Highly recommended

A friend of mine made reservations for us at Avenue Blu for my birthday and I have to say it was one of the culinary highlights of my weekend. I was so pleasantly surprised not only at the food itself but also the presentation-it was superb. We had the lamb chop lollipops for the appetizer and that was absolutely delicious-flavorful & so tender; along with the cognac cornbread- OMG, so good! For my entree, I had the salmon and grits and it exceeded my expectations. It was seasoned and cooked to perfection – I also had to try a side of the waffles with the specialty syrup and that was so good and yummy as well. We met & chatted with the owner who was gracious and friendly and were seated promptly. The atmosphere was fun with a dj playing and we enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor seating. Our waitress was good but could have been a bit more attentive-nonetheless, it was still a top-notch overall experience.

Love the food! The ambiance. They have such nice art work and their prices are real reasonable. I had the crab fried rice with salmon. The portion was actually bigger than expected and I took a To go container home as well. The cornbread was moist and soft and had a good flavor but couldn’t taste the cognac in really. My husband had the snapper escovitch but the toppings were on the side. The flavor was good though and he demolished the fish. The flavor is authentic Jamaican which was a good thing just wish the toppings of peppers and onions and vinegar was on the fish but considering how it’s served it wouldn’t be able to be displayed with fish sitting up. The presentation was actually really nice though. Their drinks were on point as well! They had a dj that played music the entire time which was nice and the music wasn’t too loud so you can actually talk across the table. This is a great spot for date nights or just a girls night out. I’ll definitely be back.

Avenue Blu was indeed an amazing experience! EVERYTHING WAS GOOD! And that’s not an exaggeration! The art work is beyond creative and the ambiance was on point. I went Friday night for Happy Hour and I had the 2 for 1 Bramble, the Happy Hour Sampler (Avenue Wings, Salmon Sliders & HH Chop Cheese Egg Roll)…BUT….Please please please…the Cognac Cornbread!!! Whew! Oh!! And a DJ!!! Great Music Selections!

The food was amazing. Portion sizes are a bit small, appetizers specifically (lamb lollipops). Our server Amanda i believe was her name wasn’t good. She didn’t seem to care much and kept disappearing. When we were done she asked if we were good and I said yes and lifted my card up and she walked away and didn’t bring the check. We had to find her to bring it.
