Waited 17 minutes for my order that was just sitting there for who knows how long. Employees were more focused on mobile orders. Asked for a refund and then they tell me my order has been ready. Very poor service.

Made my online order incorrect and I had to leave the drive through and come into the store . I tried to give the cashier Escobar my receipt so they can remake correctly. They then proceeded to make it incorrectly two more times .
I just settled for it and left. If he would have just grabbed the receipt he would have knew exactly how to proceed with the correction. How you mad at me when you guys keep making something I already paid for incorrectly? Please do better!

Very clean, the Restaurant looks like it went through a remodel. & the menu has a bunch of new healthy options: salads & bowls arround 450- 550 cal. The grilled chicken allready makes it a healthy go to option. But the salads make it even healthier. I had the double avocado salad. My son had a chicken avocado bowl, both delicious. & of course you can Never go wrong with any of the other options.
The customer service is good to. While we were reading the menu we were approached by different team members ready to take our order.
& the young lady that helped us answered all our questions about the new menu with a friendly smile.
The restrooms were spotless, as well.

I have eaten el pollo loco in past and that’s the reason I went to this place again but I was utterly disappointing. The food was cold, no taste to it and it took 15 mins for the food to come. Took 2 mins to dump most of it ! Certainly avoid this branch.

Store manager refused to honor my 10% senior discount . I mentioned the discount when ordering and when I pulled up to the window. The manager instructed the clerk to refund me $1.00 when I brought it to his attention. My bill was $16+ so the 10% should have been $1.60. When I bought that to his attention he told me that he had been the manager for 9 years and he knew what he was talking about. I have gotten the discount at this same location many times. Once I drove off I realized that they gave me the wrong drink. The math is not mathing. Poor customer service.
