Well it was a pleasure that I went that evening! I had a delicious meals, my first time trying Keto burrito yummy, also the costumer service ☺️ was awesome… La muchacha! Very nice person, polite and didn’t had to wait longer, chicken bomb everything is so delicious, I went today again, so I had no complains, yummy food and good price plus great service I do recommend this place, jus be patience is there’s a line of waiting, sometimes and anywhere else we have to wait if we like something. Who’s the manager here because they have terrible service and I cannot believe the burnt/hard chicken they gave us! It’s hard finding a fast food location now with people who actually care about their jobs and their paying customers. My mother in law told me to stop going here, I will now drive all the way to Bellflower to get fresh El Pollo Loco, Lynwood has to do better!

I had a great experience with this location, it’s unfortunate that they haven’t had any improvements to the modeling of the building even though other locations already have some. I always get my food fast and efficiently. The workers are always nice whether I’m in drive thru or inside the store.

This is one of the worst Pollo Locos I’ve been to. The staff is friendly for the most part sometimes they can be a little rude but not enough to really upset me. Their accuracy on orders is what needs the most work.
