I should know better with this location. I should really check my order before leaving. This is not the first time I’ve gotten home only to realize that I’m missing part of my order. I must be out $50 by now. It makes me wonder how many other people are taken. Why is this location so poorly run? Or do they do this on purpose for some reason?

If i would to give zero stars I would! Messed up my order twice i ordered the double chicken tostada Salad and when I received the last one it didn’t have no avocado nor Pico de gallo if I wanted it plain I would of ordered it plain I didn’t want sour cream or cheese I’m lactose intolerance so I returned it til they got it right by the time they gave me without the cheese and sour cream they didn’t put avocado or Pico de gallo. By the time I got home I noticed they just tried to take out the sour cream and cover it with lettuce but they left sour cream.. what a waist of MY MONEY now I can’t even enjoy my meal. Poor customer service I think this is by far the WORST pollo loco I’ve been to.

Went to drive thru because it’s raining. I ordered the chicken and beef grillers and a dbl chicken bowl. I get home and first, my grillers aren’t grilled just rolled up in a cold tortilla, yes cold. Then I realized they gave me 2 chicken grillers and no beef. In our chicken bowl, we were having trouble cutting through the avocado only to realize there was a piece of paper stuck to it. We tried eating the bowl with the chips and they were stale. To top it off the girl at the window, Maria A, had attitude.

If I could give this location a zero I would! I’m sure the food is good but what good is that to me if I can’t eat it. When I got in there were four people in front of me it took 12 minutes for the person in front of me just to get the order through while they were having another issue with another order in front of that one. Definitely poor management it seems like even the drive-thru is having issues with the order. At this rate and there’s still three more people ahead of me I don’t have over half an hour when my lunch is only half an hour. And then behind me there were three more people. I guess you’re the lucky one if you happen to get there and be first or second in line…

Missing piece of chicken, when I went back in and told person inside, they insisted they gave me all my pieces, also was missing churros, I was told they were out of churros;(did not tell me this when I originally received order),not good customer service,

This is the last time I ever come here , not only did I wait 20 minutes in the drive thru I also waited five minutes to be greeted , I even called pollo loco for the Giotto day oh yeah the drive thru is free no one is there I was so shocked like really ? Service was horrible end up being late for work and it wasn’t worth the burrito and corn . As you can see the juice drop in the bag because your workers couldn’t close the lid right . I had ask for salsa and I didn’t even get it . Literally ruin my dinner so great jobs at least your good at that !
