If I could give it 0 stars I would. I personally love the burrito but last night I went to go purchase one before they closed like around 9:45pm and they gave me a MESS. So disappointed, I know they want to go home but they don’t have to serve me a slop, when I opened my burrito is was not wrapped properly and it was falling apart, so I went back around 10:30pm and they were cleaning up. I have never felt more humiliated in my life, I pulled in to the drive through to ask for a possible refund and they COMPLETELY ignored me, that were acting like I wasn’t waiting at the drive through window for about 5-10 mins, that can’t say the didn’t see me bc they were right beside the window. That’s so rude, it’s not hard to be polite, I comprehend they were closed but I just wanted to ask them for a refund. After waiting a worker who had already seen us but ignored us as well finally said his manager said that they couldn’t do anything about it or give me a refund for it, I felt disappointed because I felt like I was just throwing my hard earned money away. I will NEVER be coming to this location EVER again. Such rude people ignoring you like your invisible. I am not an animal to be giving slop and not even animal deserve to eat slop. May seem like I’m exaggerating but this is my favorite fast food so this is disappointing to me.

Ok I guess the lady didn’t hear me ask for the Classic so I received 2 BRC burritos so I get home eating in the my food no chicken I ask for so I take it back up to El Polo loco and ask can I get some chicken I ask for I explained the way I ordered she explained what she heard and fix the problem very respectful lady serious that’s help when ur buying food an people could spit in out of no wear so thanks to the staff of El Polo loco

I just got to work and they did not put any forks or spoons in my orders is upsetting because how am I suppose to eat my food ? I called and the girl that answered said if you don’t ask for it we will not put them in your bag which we did but they only added napkins and she placed me on hold then she hung up on me I called back and they kept on ignoring my calls

I must say disappointing but let’s face it El Pollo Loco how much excitement when do items should there really be in this case I went with the birria tacos, well I’ll say the tacos were okay on a scale of 1 to 10 I’ll give him a three maybe four on the other hand the consomme literally tasted like enchilada sauce and the fact that they give you a cup and it’s only filled up a quarter of the way makes it even worse

Hate using that kios machine. I will not buy food from here if I’m forced to use a kios machine. Take that out or lose customers …especially if it’s not a long walk up or drive thru … no kios.. last my daughter 2 legs were burnt
