I spoke to the manger who said the salads came dressed at this location.. first of all, why would they prepare it with the dressing?? You’d be drowning the lettuce and it would get soggy. When we went back inside to ask for the dressing (which usually comes on the side) the cashier argued it was an extra charge. We told her it comes with the salads for the Meal for Two and she proceeded to give us only one. My fiancé asked for another and that’s when she said “it comes on the salad.” I spoke to the manager after and she confirmed they supposedly do dress them… this is how we received them… dry. She lied.

I have been to different pollo loco locations and this one is my favorite. I go there about 4 times a week because my kid loves the grill chicken. I must say I have always had a good experience at this place. Jessica has served me many times and she’s the best. She’s always in a good mood. Good food, great customer service

I want to recognize Edgard, the grill master at this El Pollo Loco, for delivering some of the best chicken I’ve ever had — consistently, every single visit. His work is the reason I choose this location, and honestly, I only come here when I know he’s on the grill.
The chicken he prepares is always perfectly cooked — juicy, flavorful, beautifully charred, and never dry. You can tell he takes real pride in his craft and cares about the quality of every order that leaves his station. It’s rare these days to see someone so dedicated and precise in their work.
Edgard sets the standard for what El Pollo Loco should taste like. His skill and professionalism turn a regular meal into something worth going out of my way for. Employees like him are the heart of the brand — and I truly hope corporate recognizes the value he brings to this location.

Got my order wrong, but they always make it seem like it’s you and they need the full bag of food back as if it’s your fault they didn’t include your two orders or crunchy tacos. They expect you to drive back to wait again in line while you have a 30 minute lunch. I’m sure the staff never means harm, but it’s just stupid. Don’t recommend you to go here anymore, but if you do; quadruple check your bag and take pictures of the food because, don’t leave without a written sworn statement stating your food order is complete. God forbid they missed your order. It will be your fault.

Highly disappointed with the whole experience. I was actually pre warned about how bad the restaurant was before I went but then decided to go for myself. I wish that I had took the advice and not spent any money in the restaurant. Don’t waste your time. The decorations look nice within the building but that is as far as it goes. The waiters all have their friends in there and so spent most of the time talking rather than serving customers. They talk about you and laugh at you while you eating in the restaurant, if you’re going to talk about me at least go somewhere where I can’t see you and don’t make it so obvious. By far one of the worst restaurants I’ve ever experienced and will not return. Don’t waste your money or your time here.

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent visit. My tostada bowl was cold and completely soggy — the shell had zero crunch and clearly was not fresh.
Jose, who took my order, was rude and dismissive. When I asked about chicken breast, he said it would be a 45-minute wait without offering any other options. He also hesitated to give me salsa, which should not be an issue.
To make matters worse, when I called the store to address the issue, someone kept hanging up on me. That is completely unprofessional.
I would appreciate being contacted regarding this experience and receiving a refund or replacement. This was unacceptable service.

I rarely used to come to pollo loco but a couple months ago i started coming here and i mainly come around 6-8pm bc of work but i wanted to recognize the cook that always make my chicken freshly grilled, his name starts with an E. but he does an excellent job at making chicken also helps with any questions you have. I only ever order when he’s there that way my chicken hits everytime with flavor!!!!

Food is amazing. But one of the cashiers acted as if I was inconveniencing her by asking if I could have my change back because the change machine was out of change. The bathrooms weren’t the best and the place smelt off. But, the chicken was amazing.

Do not get the Mac N cheese…it was overcooked and slimy. The chicken was tasty. I would suggest getting the 4pc combo meal as the pieces are tiny. I was lucky to get a breast and had enough meat for my little tortillas. The corn and mashed potatoes were alright. I probably wouldn’t run to come back here in a hurry.

When my order was ready the person calling the order number was calling it in SPANISH, this is America where we speak ENGLISH. Your people should be bi-lingual so that people like me who doesn’t speak another language can understand what is being said. Another customer had to tell me what the number was so that I could get my food. I was very offended by this and may never visit this location again.
