I had a great experience at this El Pollo Loco location. The food was delicious and tasted fresh, just the way it should. Everything was prepared well, and you can tell they care about quality and consistency.
The store itself is super clean and well-maintained, which immediately made a good impression. Even the restrooms were very clean, which says a lot about how much attention they give to cleanliness and customer comfort.
On top of that, the staff was extremely friendly, professional, and welcoming. Everyone was polite, helpful, and made the experience smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. You can really feel the positive attitude and teamwork.
Overall, this location does an excellent job with food, cleanliness, and customer service. I highly recommend it and will definitely be coming back!

Just went through the drive-through the rudest little girl helped me while I’m ordering and I say I don’t want rice in my grande avocado chicken bowl with chicken breast meat . She seems super upset OK. I got my bowl home and there is no avocados. There’s probably three kernels of corn in the extra chicken breast that I paid for amount to seven cubes.

I have not been here in a long time and it is better than what I remember. They have fresh guacamole made by hand every day as well as the delicious salsa and you have to try the homemade fresh creamy cilantro dressing they also make. Now let’s get to the chicken as soon as you walk in you smell the delicious flavors you can also see the chicken being cooked on the grill. Then you have a choice of some delicious sides. The customer service is excellent.

This is the second strike I’m giving El Pollo Loco on McDowell Rd and Dysart. This can’t be a “real” El Pollo Loco because the chicken is old and hard as a brick. I previously I purchased a taco salad and the chunks of chicken were hard and old. Yesterday I bought a Guac chicken burrito for $11 dollars and it only had beans in it. I had to open it to see if there was chicken. There wasn’t any rice and it barely had any cabbage. When people are spending their money they should be able to rely on getting what they ordered. Very disappointed and I will tell everyone I know to stay away from the that El Pollo Loco.

I pre-order a street corn Pollo bowl. At store #3854 in Goodyear. I open the bowl, and it’s filled with rice, a teaspoon of pinto beans, a tablespoon of chicken, and a sprinkle of cilantro. So basically, I paid for a bowl of Spanish rice! I guess this is the filler! Very disappointing! I’ll have to find another location.
