The rotisserie chicken is sooo good, super juicy and flavorful. The sides are just as tasty—we went with charro beans, mac & cheese, and mashed potatoes, and honestly all of them were on point. The guacamole was delicious too, super fresh and creamy. I just wish it had a little more kick to it ’cause I love spicy food, but other than that, everything was amazing. On top of that, the service was excellent—the staff was super friendly and attentive. Definitely recommend!

This restaurant is one of the best fast-food options because the roasted chicken is very good. The drive thru experice here continues to be disappointing. The staff in that area have constantly been very dismissive like they dont want to work. This last time they initially gave me the. wrong ending amount , when I asked for it to be double checked I was given attitude by the gentleman and the he proceeded to correct the amount. A friend of mine told me this place was really good and it was. The chicken is outstanding the mac and cheese was exceptionally good. I thought that the other side like the beans and the mashed potatoes were good but okay. There’s a lot of options here and flavor Styles I chose today to go to the you know traditional chicken basket that you take home. But, there’s a lot of options for Mexican flavors as well that would also be a really good. I will be back

Terrible experience. This is the guacamole we received. As you can tell it’s black and not edible. It should never have been served this way. The employees were rude and did not care. They were closing the restaurant early by locking the doors, even though it was 7:30 PM and supposedly they do not close until 9:00 PM. The rice was dry and old. The chicken was cold. Hardly got any sauce and when asked they were rude. They forgot to give me a drink and did not even give me one of the sides. I could tell they were ready to leave even though there was still time for them to be open. Reached out to management and got nothing back ridiculous for the amount of money I spent.

I just came by almost at closing time. I was served by Diana who was very friendly despite it being late night. They were very short staffed. She both took my order and prepared it. Please make sure her paycheck reflects the excellent customer service she provides.

Just ordered from this location and the service is downright disgusting. The employees are rude, careless, and have zero respect for customers. They handed me my order missing food I PAID for, and when I pointed it out, they gave me a nasty attitude like I was bothering them. I’m not asking for a favor — I’m paying for my food, and I expect to get what I ordered without being disrespected. What’s worse is this isn’t even the first time — every time I come here, it’s the same trash service. Clearly no one here cares about doing their job right.
