OCTOBER 5, 2025. I have eaten at this location several times this year. It’s always been good. El Pollo Loco doesn’t make fast food. They make delicious food fast. They have a drive-through, but I prefer to dine-in. The last time I ate there Jeffrey took my order. I got the 3 tacos special for $5. I chose the avocado tacos. Add your special salsas for free. The tacos were delicious. I recommend everything on the menu. Download the App for additional good offers. Other team members who have assisted me are Gloria, Iris, Alvin, Andrew, Monica, Elva, Marlene, and Jarume. Ask about a 10% Senior Discount. Good people who work here + good food + good customer service that exceeds my expectations = 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Google Reviews!

So glad we have an el pollo loco here. Moved from San diego and so sad about the good Mexican food I left so happy to see we had an el pollo loco. Chicken ALWAYS on point. Never undercooked flavor just amazing. Avocado hit sauce is the best I have found in texas lol

Ordered chicken breast and wings meal, size of the chicken is very tiny even breast piece also. Not value for money at all. Side dish salad lettuce was not fresh it looks like 4-5 days old. Nothing outstanding. One time try is only recommend from my side.

I ordered online and picked up my order at the store. When I walked in, the service staff were very apathetic and didn’t communicate with me at all. They just handed me my food. After checking, I realized they had forgotten to include the extra chicken breast I ordered. I went back and asked them for it, but they didn’t apologize and still didn’t communicate with me. Finally, I got my chicken breast, but when I got home, I discovered they had forgotten my drink, and the broccoli hadn’t been washed – it still had dirt on the stems and was already turning yellow… I think there’s a reason this store has so many one-star reviews.

LAME! The Owner should be embarrassed about having a store run by inept staff! 1 person in line 1 car in the drive thru. I ordered a 4 piece mixed, the lady at the counter tells me it will 20 minutes. And no coleslaw, no wonder it is not busy with service like this the food is probably terrible as well! Be surprising if they stay in business much longer! It is the Owner’s fault to have his store run this poorly!!! LAME!

I have been wanting to try this place for a while. And we decided to try today. The service was nice and friendly. I ordered a salad with grilled chicken n a cup of chicken tortilla soup. The salad was OK but nothing to be impressed by just an average salad. The chicken tortilla soup tasted just like the ones from a can; it was a big disappointment for me.. However, will definitely try the other items on the menu next time.

I used to like this place for it’s juicy and testy chicken. But this delivery I got was worse than even I can imagine!! It tastes like reheated leftovers, the chicken is super dry and not fresh. Look at the pictures of what I got! This is definitely not like what I used to get in store or pick up. If you don’t want to run the delivery business, then don’t do it!!!

ABSOLUTE WORST. The ‘man’ that helped us walked away before we could pay, and then sent another worker to our table to get payment. ‘Man’ didn’t ask what type of tortillas we wanted, didn’t give me my cup, asked if it was a medium with my combo, but it was actually a large, and I didn’t receive my chips and salsa/tortillas with my combo. Chicken was dry. Girl behind counter looked high and non responsive. Double chicken Bowl with drink was $14.30 and there was no double anything. This place is a joke.

Ordered chicken tostada. Requested sour cream on the side, never got it; and half the chicken was dried out. I found a surprise inside my food! I don’t eat out much and this is a major reason why. Food prices are outrageous and the quality is even worse. The manager did right the wrong. Please check your food thoroughly before eating. I had taken two bites before I found the wrapper in my salad. I had mixed the salad with the dressing, the wrapper was at the bottom.

Higher quality Chain mexican food, at an affordable price! Delicious street corn bowl, good amount of heat from their salsas. It’s no street corner taqueria, but if you’re looking for something more authentic than Taco Bell check it out.
