I just wanted to leave a very positive review for Shift Manager, Jonavon, who was on-shift the other day when I took my 2 younger children in to redeem some reading coupons. He treated these young children with the utmost respect and was sure to give them ALL the options they could choose from. He was kind and patient and gave them his undivided attention as they took their time deciding on just the right thing to order. I was extremely impressed with this young man. Kudos to shift manager, Jonavon, at the Bonham, TX Braums location.

I don’t eat out much, however when I have eaten at Braum’s before it was always a treat. This time not so much. Maybe it was a bad day for them and me. We ate inside, the food took a long time to get, when we did it was cold and over cooked. Not the type of food Braum’s is known for. Very disappointed, but I will try again at a different Braum’s at a different day in the future.

Great food at Braum’s Bonham! The quality is excellent, but the only issue is the food is often served lukewarm instead of hot. Heating it up would easily earn them a five-star rating!

My favorite thing about braums is the fries. This location had some fresh cooked and hot fries but the large container had a small amount of fries and there was no salt on them at all. I swear I did not eat one before taking the pic. I ordered a quarter pound burger with no braums sauce and no onions. That was completely ignored. Pretty disappointing visit. On my way out of town or I would’ve taken it back.

Braums is a southern staple. The ice cream is fresh and delicious and it often is one of the only grocery type stores in a good desert. This store is no different than the rest. Great service, great food.
