I just had a great experience at El Loco Pollo and wanted to share how impressed I was. The whole vibe of the place was really relaxed and the food was great and tasted awesome. We did have a small issue because my girlfriend’s bowl ended up being a bit too spicy for her. The cashier, Payton, was super kind and understanding when we brought it up. She went and talked to the general manager, Nahomy, who came over to help us out. Nahomy explained that the batch they made was actually spicier than usual and they really took care of us by giving us a free bowl to take for the road. It is rare to find service this good where people actually listen and fix things right away. I would definitely rate everything a 10/10.

Great chicken, terrible customer service. Stand at the counter as long as you wish. They will not offer help unless you ask. You will have to ask for everything like plates, utensils, napkins, lids. they have a giant window decal telling you that if you order their 16 pc meal that you get a half chicken for free. If you don’t specifically ask about it, they will not offer it or honor their promotion later if you specifically mention it without a great deal of hassle.
Restroom on par with average middle of no where gas station.
Will not return. Food not worth the problems.

Great employees that work here and also managed and well too. They work well together all on the same page and that results in not long waits great hot food getting served and smiling faces from employees there and the customers including me. Definitely recommend this restaurant for all ♂️

I’m from out of state and staying at a hotel & I Ordered through Uber Eats and to start off they gave the driver a hard time for pick up & they forgot the most basic things like napkins & eating utensils & even salsas! The food was barely warm & clearly old, and the chicken quesadilla had very little chicken. I’m so very disappointed, I usually fully enjoy El Pollo Loco but this was just too many things gone wrong!

I haven’t been here in many months and that being said I am a huge fan of the doubleBaja shrimp tostada bowl and it hasn’t been on the menu that I know of in quite awhile. Y’all need to put it back on the menu and keep it on the menu. My in-laws came in from Georgia and were hoping to have the Baja shrimp only to find out it isn’t on the menu still. I’m hoping for it to be added back thanks!!

Food is good, ordered the Avocado tacos, and the chicken portion was not enough. The Pico is more than chicken that it made it cold.
Then had to order 2 Chicken Carbon because i was still hungry. The chicken portion was much better.
Restaurant is clean, lots of items to pick from.
Restrooms are clean, good job on that.
I would just tweak the portions and tweak the preping of tacos where it’s consistent.

Juan V was very helpful and the service was wonderful. The food was very good and it’s been a very long time since I been to el pollo loco. The chicken was delicious tender. The shrimp Baja taco was very good. The corn tortillas was fresh and tasted real good. Beans and rice was very good.

We drove 11 hours from Atlanta, GA to Lafayette, LA to get some El Pollo Loco and it was 100% worth it. The chicken breasts with the rice & charo beans mixed is a combo that brings me absolute happiness. We then ordered 10 breasts to go and took them back to Atlanta with us. Charity and Seth were quite helpful and quite nice. We need an “EL PO” in Georgia so that we can get this yummy chow without the 22-hour round trip..

This is an upscale fast food restaurant. A little pricey but the food was good. Not the best Birria tacos I ever had but good. I loved the tortilla soup! The service was good and the restaurant was clean. I also liked the horchata. Worth another try so I’ll be back.
