Tried this place for the first time. Glad we did! Very friendly staff! We felt very welcomed!Food was great and very authentic! We had the mixed fajitas and couldn’t finish them! Great portion. Our service was Ana and she did an awesome job! Definitely worth the drive from Greenwich!

Very bad experience my husband & I had. We went there for a molcajete which is a big meal with plenty of plates that goes with it. We were sat in a tiny table & were told by the owner’s girlfriend that we couldn’t sit in a bigger table. Even though there were other empty tables. They didn’t care about what we were ordering. After us a couple of other people sat in a bigger table. I work all week & all I want to do on Sundays is to relax & have a good time at a restaurant. In this place there’s not a good management & owner is unapproachable!

You’re wrong that’s why I posted pics. Bcus two tables open up immediately upon our arrival. We moved to one of them & then the person who I thought it was in charge sent us to a tiny table. So we ended up eating in that tiny table. In that whole time those tables remain open the whole time. Your karma was that there were no more business As we were having dinner. The purpose of my feedback it’s for you to improve your service because your food it’s good.

Very cozy and warm environment! The service was quick and our food came quickly to the table. Our server Ana was very nice and gave good vegetarian recommendations to a person with us. Great food, vibes, and service overall!

Went for the first time , over all the place us nice and clean the servers are very polite and professional, the food is flavorful the portion nice no skimping , the chips and salsa were good and fresh the chips came out warm , the side of rice and beans very flavorful excellent, The Only reason I gave 4 stars on the food is because I ordered the mix fajitas and the steak was very very chewy the meat was cut with the grain

We heard about this place thanks to a worker who came to our house once to set up some frames.
I ordered pozole and sopes, and since I’ve been living in NY, I have to be honest, this place is amazing. As a Mexican, the food tastes absolutely delicious, with authentic flavors and textures.
Now I won’t have to cook pozole anymore because I can just come to El Poblano and buy some anytime.
All the food, everything was so good.

Yisela was an amazing waitress! The food was sooo good. Hot and fresh! The chips and salsa were warm, loved it. The non alcoholic drinks were refreshing a nice companion to the hot entrees and the alcoholic drink gave you just the right buzz! Overall the atmosphere was inviting. And the rotation of people always had room for anyone coming in!

I came here with my family for the first time and we had a wonderful experience. The food as fresh and delicious. We ordered jalapeño margaritas, guacamole, chicken burrito, steak Mexican style, and mole enchiladas. Everyone enjoyed their meal. Our waitress, Carolina, was excellent. She brought out all off our food and drinks quickly.
