I have been here before and this place always hits the spot for Mexican food. This time I ordered online but picked up. I ordered the Hot Cheetos Burrito (carne asada, hot cheetos, cheese, guacamole, pico de gallo and sour cream), 6 Rolled Tacos (guacamole, lettuce, cheese and tomatoes) and a Carne Asada Burrito (Carne asada with guacamole and salsa fresca). All of the food items were pretty solid. Very easy pick up and they had salsa already packed which was nice.

Came back here for their caldo de res (5/5). We tried their carne asada fries. I think it was still a good portion for 2 people to share, even if It had the least amount of food compared to the other restaurants we had gone. Carne asada had flavor to it, I just wished the fries were cooked to crisp.

I’ve been here a few times before, and this place always satisfies my cravings for good Mexican food. It never disappoints! This time I decided to order online and just swing by for pickup, and the whole process was super quick and easy.
I went with the Hot Cheetos Burrito — packed with carne asada, crunchy Hot Cheetos, cheese, guacamole, pico de gallo, and sour cream. It was bold, flavorful, and definitely a fun twist on a classic burrito! I also ordered 6 rolled tacos topped with guacamole, lettuce, cheese, and tomatoes — crispy and delicious. Plus, we got a traditional carne asada burrito with guacamole and salsa fresca, which was solid and satisfying as always. ✨
Everything tasted fresh and well-prepared. Pickup was smooth, and I appreciated that they already included salsa in the bag — such a nice touch! ️ Overall, a great experience again, and I’ll definitely be back when the Mexican food cravings hit!

Ive been eating here for over 20yrs. The Food is usually consistant in quality but when the owner is not there the cooks slack off on quality. I ordered a Torta De Milanesa and it was missing the beans , lettuce and they were very shy with the avocado. It was more onion than anything else. Im very disappointed and wont order food again unless the owner is there to manage the kitchen. What a waste of a meal and money for bad quality.

We came in for a late dinner on a weeknight. Counter service and ordering was a breeze. They have an extensive menu and this place seems popular as it was busy when we were there.
The beef rolled tacos were ok. Maybe it was overcooked because it was hard and no longer crispy. The bacon and cheese breakfast burrito was better.
We also like their salsa options. But it was a mess. The whole restaurant was messy. The table we sat at wasn’t cleaned. There was rice and food bits on the floor at other tables too. I should have taken pictures of those tables. The trash can was overflowing. Just felt dirty all around.

I had the menudo on new years day. The serving was huge! It had plenty if meat and very little hominy – just the way I like it. I ordered the corn tortillas. The server brought it out along with limes, cut up onions and cilantro. It was delicious. I’ll definitely be back. They also had a lot of other tasty sounding items on their menu, which I’ll also have to try. Very pleased overall.

This is our go to Mexican spot in Mira Mesa on casual days. It’s a no-frills fast food options. Overall customer service can be improved. Food (Burritos, Fajitas, Empanadas etc.) is on point and the salsa bar is great. I have been here multiple times and it’s been a hit most of the times.

Excellent service all the staff very attentive and friendly, they made good recommendations like the surf n turf burrito it was good just it is to BIG. We had carne asada tacos, carnitas and adoba. We also try the quesadilla with carne asada and the horchata it’s delicious. The food comes out fast everything was great.
