The fish in my fish tacos were old and dried out. They should not have served that. The weird thing is we waited at the window for at least 7 minutes so I figure they were making it fresh but no they were hard and stale. On thing I can say is that when I showed them they were very sorry and made me fresh ones they were kind and fixed it right away!

This is what you get at Del Taco for $14.50 now. Inflation is real folks.
At the window, I watched as the guy obviously noticed the poor quality of food, still put it in the bag, then looked at the half empty fries, shrugged, stuffed a napkin on top of the fry’s container, and put it in the bag, then acted annoyed at me.
He was an older Hispanic gentleman, and looked like a manager.
The food was bad. The half order of fries I received weren’t cooked all the way, and the steak and bacon in the burrito were so hard and chewy, it was inedible.
Suffice to say, I’m never coming back to the brand again. And that sucks after years of reliable quality from that restaurant. It used to be one of the better quick service choices.

They use “salsa packets” like taco bell. So its not salsa at all. Its a brown sauce. Pay more for a tiny cup of Pico and mix the sauce into it. That make everything pop.
*The taco and burrito meals come with fries, which is a little weird, but I like it. But they won’t give you ketchup. Ask for it or you end up back at your hotel upset lol smh.

The food here is always hot and tasty, if you don’t like Del Taco that’s fine but this is the best del taco I’ve ever been to. The employees seem happy and the food is tasty, what else can you ask for?

Four stars is the highest I give for fast food. That being said, Del Taco is really great. Food was fast and fresh, service was great, and more importantly the whole place was clean even the bathrooms in the middle of the day. The drive-thru seemed really packed but was moving quickly. I’ve been to a lot of Del Tacos and this is one of the best. And it shares a parking lot with Vasa fitness, so you can get loaded up on tacos and then go do some heavy squats. I wonder how that will turn out?

Received unnecessarily rude and abrasive treatment when doing a DoorDash pick-up from this Del Taco location from a middle-aged or older Caucasian woman that seemed to likely be a manager, smh.
It’s really unfortunate how little appreciation, kindness, common courtesy, respect, and oftentimes even just acknowledgement of our presence when waiting to be assisted that Dashers/food delivery drivers so oftentimes receive from Numerous restaurant and fast food chain employees. As though we’re not still fellow humans, similarly just doing an honest day’s work to earn a living and pay the bills. And not to mention that we’re Also customers, too, who patronize their establishments at times when we eat out like everyone else does, smh…And this was my first and only time visiting this Del Taco location, so it will certainly deter my ever electing to visit as a customer.

Looks like I’m not the only person to have a problem with the fish tacos. They were so disgusting that I threw up and I didn’t even swallow my food. Then when I called to tell them and ask for my money back they put me on hold for 15 minutes and then they couldn’t figure out how to refund my card. I ended up having to drive back to the store. Then the manager was arguing with me that nothing was wrong with them and that I was the only one to complain about them. Sadly, this isn’t the first time that they’ve messed up on my order and then I called to have them fix it and I show up and they act like they don’t know what’s going on or anything like that. Whoever the manager is that works around 910 or 11 PM at night. She is just awful And I wanted to refund back on my whole mail because I wasn’t able to eat any of it, but she only refunded me back the fish tacos so please make this right
