Good service and happy hour. I try to go at least 1 time a week. They run special deals depending on the day. Everyone that works there is super friendly. Thursday Hot Wings are my favorite. I’ve been going for 8 years now and even with different servers over that time the service remains great and everyone is super friendly.

We love this place! The food is always great and the staff is like family. My husband loves the wings special that they do on Thursdays and we try to go most Thursdays. I’m not into wings so much. A couple of weeks ago I was running late getting off work and I told my husband to order me something that looked good on the menu and boy, did he deliver. I can’t remember what is was called, but it was amazing. Pics included. Did I mention that their prices are great too?!

I hope this message finds you well. We have been loyal patrons of your establishment for quite some time — your exceptional service and hospitality, along with Freddy’s, have always been the primary reasons we continue to return and recommend your restaurant to others.
Unfortunately, our experience last night fell dramatically short of those standards. With you and your regular staff not on duty, the service was disorganized and inattentive. We waited over an hour to be served, despite the restaurant being half-empty. When we raised our concerns with the manager on duty, we were met with indifference and, quite frankly, an attitude that left us feeling undervalued as customers.
For a group like ours — who frequently spend upwards of $800 on Thursday night dinners and tip generously — this is extremely disappointing. We have always appreciated how you and Freddy go above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and it’s clear that your personal touch makes all the difference.
I strongly encourage you to address this gap in training and customer service standards with your assistant manager and new staff. Retaining loyal customers requires consistency, courtesy, and a proactive approach to service, especially when regular staff are not present.
Until these issues are addressed, we will regrettably take our business elsewhere. We hope to return once we are confident that the experience will reflect the quality and care that you and Freddy have always delivered.

Delicious local Mexican food in Rockwood, TN. The service was excellent and they have a 99 on their health inspection score. Very big menu. We’re looking forward to many more visits.

We came from Crossville to Rockwood today to give this restaurant a try. Since moving to Crossville from up north, almost 5 years ago, we haven’t really found an “authentic Mexican” restaurant, with really tasty dishes. I’m happy to say that we finally found that place today. The food was outstanding, as was the service! You can tell they really care about their customers. We thoroughly enjoyed our lunch experience! I highly recommend El Patron.

I sat down for an ealry dinner and ordered 1 Pork 1 Beef 1 Chicken soft taco with lettuce cheese and pico de gallo. The pork was my favorite beef second, then chicken, but they all were muy delicioso!!! I only had time to eat 8 or 10 chips before Antonio got my food on the table. They were even kinda busy, so I was pretty impressed. He may have thought I was in a rush, but I just knew what I wanted to eat. All that food for about $8. I’ll definitely be going back for more of those pork tacos.
