There isn’t a Mexican restaurant anywhere near Clayton that can compare to this place especially at the price. Wednesdays and Friday $1.99 margaritas (and they’re actually great!).

Their burritos are delicious, the birria is awesome, and the service is great. I come to this place every single week and I will as long as I live here. This restaurant is clearly family run and they do a wonderful job. It doesn’t look like much when you drive by, but this is the place you wanna stop for lunch or a quick dinner. Try the Burrito Grande or Burrito Mexicano with sliced steak. Reminds me of the Mexican food on the west coast. Awesome restaurant, kind owner and staff, and good atmosphere.

This is such a nice, clean restaurant and uniquely decorated! Staff was polite and friendly. And the food was absolutely delicious!! I had the Lunch #8 Beef Burrito, which came with beans and rice. Everything was so fresh and tasty. My husband had their Carne de Puerto Chile Colorado, and it was literally the best red sauce we’ve ever tasted. They have a HUGE menu. I definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a plate of something special.

I love the birria tacos here. I crave them regularly and probably have to eat here at least once a month. It’s my favorite birria I’ve had. They are always hot and fresh and you don’t ever find fatty chunks. They are tender, juicy, and cheesy. Not dry at all. Full of flavor.

Food and service were both great. This was my second time coming here but the first time really trying the seafood. It all tasted really good and fresh. Got the oysters, seafood tower, the Botanas MI Mazatlan, and chocolate cake. Prices are maybe slightly high but for the portion size and taste it’s definitely worth it

My family had dinner here for the first time on Saturday night. It wasn’t busy when we visited. The restaurant is decorated nicely, my four your old daughter thought the pink ladies restroom was the coolest thing she’d seen. Our waitress was nice and attentive. Our food was delicious. We’ll definitely return anytime we are on that side of town.

Great atmosphere came in with family and friends and not one single person left disappointed. Everyone enjoyed their meal the guacamole was fresh and Graciela was very accommodating and welcoming. She shared with us a little about her business journey and seemed very passionate. We will be back hopefully very soon we live pretty far out but worth the drive so glad we found this gem! Will be recommending

Hidden Gem of Clayton/Garner/Raleigh!!!
OMG if this isn’t the best Birria of North Carolina, I don’t know what is. Coming from a native Californian this place has the goods. Limited menu but that’s ok because they have perfected their craft. And the atmosphere is great. The vibes are always right and the bar is great . I highly recommend and can’t wait to go back.

I’m 50 minutes away and I did like there food. I went with my husband because we enjoy real Mexican food. Even if the servers weren’t very professional. But the last time we went, the server told “it was almost closing time but we could still come in”. We went in, and when we tried ordering, she again mentioned we couldn’t order what we wanted because it was too much time to prepare and it would be 10 p.m. by the time the food was prepared and they had to close. We had spoken with the owner and she had said it was okay to come in but we didn’t mention this to the waitress. So, we ordered something else and decided, we wouldn’t go back. 50 minutes drive was not worth it.
