First time at this location and the service was friendly and welcoming. I really like the look of the place and the products the had. Gave me the Puerto Rico feel. I had a ham and cheese sandwich and my family had the tripleta. I will return to try the lunch/ dinner options. I definitely recommend the place to anyone wanting to try Puerto Rican cuisine.

My wife is Puerto Rican and when she misses home we come here. Food is great service is superb and the atmosphere is out of this world. We ate and even ended up making friends with our table next to us. We love this place. Everything even a simple cup of coffee is great here. I recommend it to everyone.

I love coming here from time to time. The flavors are truly puertorrican authentic and always remind me of home. The arroz con gandules is absolutely delicious — full of flavor and perfectly cooked.

But the best part of all is the service. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, which makes the experience even better.

I love this place and highly recommend it 100%!

First time at the location not too busy well presented and decorated. Good music a lot to choose from on the menu and depending of what your whim is it will be difficult to choose. They also have a small rack of what we do like that most of the time are difficult to obtain on a supermarket. Definitely the trip was worth it and we also got food to go so will be checking that out.

I had the best Cuban sandwhich here. Great pork, bread was toasted to perfection. Perfect amount of quality pickles and mustard! Very filling. Mags got ham n cheese and mortadella. Gerardo got the San Juan. Then we got sorrullitos (cheese!), jocelyn got mango juice! Two perfect coffees. Great puerto rican bakery/sandwich shop.

I am always looking for a restaurant that offers Latino food and this one did not disappoint. They had Grace selection, breakfast,, lunch and meal. They also have a little area where they sell grocery items. The food tasted really good.

A piece of Puerto Rico in the Irving Texas Urban area. From the entrance you know you are the right place, the familiarity, the odors, the amazing “Mayo Ketchup” you know you are going to eat well. Arroz con Gandules, pernil, tostones, etc.. But wait there is more, the sandwiches, amazing tripleta, San Juan, El Cubano, etc. Last but not least the great surullo, quesitos and to top it off, CoCo Rico, jugo de parcha, malta india, you name it they have it. Besides all that great food what cought our eye was the great service we received . Came all the way from San Antonio Texas to tray it and they did not disappoint. Definitely will be back.

Authentic, delicious Puerto Rican style sandwiches! Made quickly, fresh and absolutely flavorful I definitely recommend La Patriota with everything included and a jugo de palcha (passion fruit juice) to wash it down. If you’re feeling adventurous, grab a pastelito de guayaba for dessert (guava pastry)

Great restaurant, great service and warm environment!
