I always get breakfast bean and cheese patos from here for almost 8 years and I know something different when I see it, for $11 I got 4 tacos but look at the size of these tacos. They were big a full of bean and cheese. One would always make me full but today I ordered two , I’m not even close to full on the second taco , these things are so small but yet I paid the same price ?? El pato what happened??? Always been my go to, now I’m very disappointed.

We love our experience every time we stop by everything felt so personal with the staff. I love that at this location they treat us like they know us, they love to make conversation the joke around they’re laughing they are smiling it makes the atmosphere feel so welcoming. The tacos are always well served with filling portions.they do not skimp out on the filling. Also customer service is on point, even when they make mistakes they’re good about fixing it for example they forgot to give us two tacos in our order and they were very good about fixing it immediately. Highly recommend this location if you are in the area and craving El Pato. My favorite is the beef and cheese with rice !

We stop by this location every year during our visit to San Juan. The staff is consistently friendly and helpful. The restaurant is always clean and comfortable. The food is always tasty and served hot and fresh. The atmosphere is relaxed with a fun vibe. We will continue to stop by.

The food plates were delicious, but we had to clean our table because this location seems to lack extra staff in the morning shift. I was dissatisfied when I noticed the drink area was very spotty and dirty. Someone needs to pay close attention to ckeaninrss to the coffee brewers because, it made me wonder if kitchen griddles and stoves are cleaned in a daily manner. This was my first time ever that I verbally criticized the restaurant to my family. Hopefully the manager will pay close attention to detail around this place. I love El Pato!!!

If only my Barbacoa taco ACTUALLY had barbacoa in it, would’ve been great. It was 70% fat and 30% actual meat. More closer to 80/20. It was inedible

Ordered cheese nachos got the wrong order took it back waited 30 minutes just so they can put shredded cheese in the microwave and cheese was to hard to eat . The guacamole salad was old and dark green and the rice had an awful flavor. Had to wait for cheese quesadillas too because again wrong order … not the best experience definitely not returning. Wish I can post pictures of food. Terrible.

First time I come to el pato in San Juan it sucks bad :/ I’ve never been to a el pato that sucks first time for everything my potatoes are super hard look like they were old n reheated never had this issue before the cashier was nice n place wasn’t so full like the other el parks now I know why that was the only good thing about this place so disappointed

In this picture, I’m squeezing the tortilla very hard, it’s stiff. Which would be fine if it wasn’t supposed to be a pato LIGHTLY toasted. Wasted 3 bucks and can’t get a refund/remake because I don’t know where I put the receipt. This is the third time this has happened.
The first time they pointed it out before handing it to my boyfriend and gave us credits. I went back the next day, was given attitude and was interrupted. All I got to say was “Hi, sorry, I came in yesterday and-“
She slightly raised her voice sounding annoyed and exasperated, “Do you have credits yes or no?” I got one burnt pato somehow the inside was still cold and the cheese was not melted. (Honestly, I thought it was because the lady said something to them through the window. I didn’t say anything because I didn’t want to cause more problems)
The second time, I got one cheese pato toasted and it was black, slightly melted. I was too busy that day and left it alone.
This time, the third time, I asked for two cheese patos LIGHTLY toasted. Same thing. I’m just tired of being nice to the employees and getting attitude back.

Food took 1hr to get we sat here and watched everyone get there order there is no leadership there is no coordination this is horrible not to mention the atmosphere felt like we were in a funeral home we hope this gets fixed
