I ordered two plates of the Thursday special. The chicken is completely mush, Ranchero beans have no salt, And the tortilla is paper, thin on one side, and extremely thick and undercooked on the other side. I haven’t eaten here in forever. I was so looking forward to it. And now I’m so disappointed.

A valley treasure El Patos is a family favorite at my house. On a recent online order pick up there was a small mistake with the order which I unfortunately didn’t see until I was back home. I quickly returned and explained the mistake. The manager quickly jumped in and remade the entire order so it would be fresh. What great above and beyond service. The food was excellent and I would have rated it five stars but price claimed one star. Nevertheless if you’re reading this you are clearly not from here so to you I say stop on by and experience this local favorite.

Went into location placed order coke machine were taken apart did not work,said were cleaning at 8pm,food came out taco shell dark brown burnt,was cold so no telling how long sat in fridge or when was made,not fresh,cook look like didn’t want to be there,will not step in that place again!! Worst experience, then tells me 3-4 days for refund!

I ordered 2 assorted meals and an order of nachos. When I got home I realized they didn’t give me my nachos. I called and went back to pick up my nachos and they said they’ll have them fresh made. When I got back home they were all soggy as if they didn’t remake fresh ones. Overall, I got home to cold food and soggy nachos. The food is really good and cheap. Definitely will come back with the hope that they don’t spit on my food.

I recommend the breakfast options here, they are pretty decent with big portions at an affordable price.
I ordered the huevos rancheros and they were okay, i did like the presentation the cook did for my plate.
For $4.59 you get 2 eggs, potatoes and refried beans (the bacon was $1.49 extra).
The were cooked over medium, the salsa for the eggs was spicy but it had a okay taste to it, the refried beans were not much to my liking as they are pretty solid not soft like i prefer and taste was just okay, the potatoes were also just okay a bit tasteless, the chopped bacon was crispy and it was okay it was a lot of it.
The corn tortillas were really good.
I have in the past ordered the beef fajitas tacos and i wouldn’t recommend them.
Overall i do recommend this place for some fastfood breakfast tacos & breakfast plates and the prices here are very affordable for breakfast.

I ordered the papas with chorizo Pato and a beef and bean pato . The papas were hard and hardly any chorizo. The beef well what beef. It was like beans and gravy . What happened? A few months ago I had gone there and was really good .

Just horrible horrible food today. Today for lunch I had the chicken enchilada special which came with aside of beans a side of rice and three chicken enchiladas. I asked for my plate with extra cheese and had to pay extra but did not receive the extra cheese. It also looked like they threw it in the microwave and left it in there for too long the food burned through the plate there was literally a hole in the center of the plate and it was stuck to the plate the food was stuck to the plate. Horrible horrible experience the food was just horrible today.

Worst of all time. Ordered 3 beef tacos through drive-thru. Lady in front was waiting for more than 5 minutes for her order. I decided to go inside to ask how much longer it would take. Cashier’s excuse he takes a long time because he has a job to do. He gave me an order. Paid and rushed out. He is chasing me down because he gave me the wrong tacos. Got home. My tacos are cold. I guess the cook got pissed because I went inside to ask how much longer I would have to wait. I learned my lessons. Don’t get the cook angry because you get cold tacos. Second, EL Pato is not the same as before.

I asked for a simple carne guisada with cheese the first time the server brought it it had no cheese they simply could’ve added it or given me the cheese but no they added cheese yes but why beans there was no beans anywhere on the ticket
