Have dined there atleast 2 to 3 times a month for over3.5 years now if not longer and the food has been remarkable each time. Nothing I would change. Atmosphere has always had a good vibe to relax and eat. One.time we had to wait around 15 to 20 mims before we had our drinks and order taken but over this spand of time its still a five in my.book! Really amazing mexican food tucked into a strip mall. From.the road it looks like nothing special. You walk through the patio to the restaurant and find a fun decorated Mexican restaurant. All the food was super tasty and served hot. We missed the salsa bar but will be sure to hit it next time. Defintly a great place for a tasty meal that will make the whole family happy. Prices were great for the amount of food you got as well. Stop in you won’t be sorry.

El Patio Grill is a great place to bring the family. The food is always good, the portion sizes are huge, and the prices are very affordable. The salsa bar is a great addition. The atmosphere was great. The service was excellent. However, the food was terrible. I ordered the number 14. 1 tamale 1 burrito 1 enchilada the plate had no flavor difference. It tasted like caned dog food with a tomato sauce on top. My daughter had the stake quesadilla lot of vegetables and stake. However, no cheese to be found. Plus, we kept being bombarded by Flys. Got to Bristol late and was hungry. Found this nice little Mexican restaurant. Order the fajita dinner. Chicken was a little dry, but everything was delicious. Chips and salsa were fresh and delicious. Had sweet tea to drink and was very good as well. I would most certainly come back here to eat!

Very disappointed in this restaurant and if you are going to celebrate a birthday don’t bother, they don’t care. We looked it up and it got good reviews so we tried it. The chili verde, we still aren’t sure what type of meat it was, it was cut up tiny and burnt. We had to ask for refills on the drinks, the food came out at all different times. Things we ordered were not correct, it was very hard to communicate with the waitress even though I speak Spanish, I am not sure if she didn’t know the menu or what. We told her that it was our grand daughters birthday and she said OK and looked at her. I asked the manager if they put a hat on people and sang and he said yes. So next thing we know we get our check. I went over to the manager and said we are celebrating a birthday…you guys said you do the whole thing with a hat and birthday wishes etc….the server just brought the check. He said ok hang on. About 20 minutes later the server comes over with a piece of cheesecake and says, “here” and sits it in front our our grand daughter. So I said, “augh do you have a hat?” It wasn’t about getting a free desert, we have never been in a restaurant before where the server/ and usually others come over and have a little celebration. What’s bad is that the one request the kid had was to eat Mexican food and have the birthday sombrero for her dinner. The food was sub par, the service not even the bare minimum, basically rude, and like I said, don’t bother if your kid wants a birthday celebration.

The service took a while to get to us and not many tables at all were seated and I was actually tempted to leave as my patience ain’t the best…. But great we didn’t!!! This place was right on point in every way, kids loved their chicken tenders and fries, the margaritas were strong and tasted great with a great price tag…. The guac was fresh!!! The shrimp and cucumber soup is very hot but one of the best soups I’ve ever had, without a doubt

I absolutely love to eat here! I got so excited when my food came I forgot to take pictures ( 3rd time I’ve done that) we drive for more than 30 minutes to go to this place. This restaurant is clean, nice and quick. Everything we have ordered has been delicious! Tacos, taco salad, chimichangas it’s all very good! I love that they combine the bean dip with the cheese dip. Perfect.
