After working a midnight shift in Del Rio some authentic breakfast tacos sounded good. It was suggested by some coworkers to try El Patio. I went thru the drive thru and was greeted by a friendly waitress. I ordered the Machacado breakfast taco and a Guisado Bean and Cheese breakfast taco. They come on a plate wrapped in foil with a small cup of tomatillo salsa. The homemade tortilla was soft and tasted great unfortunately I was not a fan of the eggs they tasted fishy and were waaay overcooked. The bits of beef jerky and salsa couldn’t save this taco. The Guisado mixed with beans and cheese was just barely okay. Beans were too runny and the meat had too much fat. This place just didn’t work for me.

Loved my stop here. Buffet was fully stocked. Great tasting, hot food. My waitress, Irma, kept my drinks topped off and the table clean.

Oh my goodness I can’t say enough great things about this place! I ordered the chalupa plate. The portion size was very generous, very filling, the food was delicious, and the I am still baffled at how reasonably priced it was! The service was great and I highly recommend this place!!

First time I came here I didnt like the service or the food.
Second time around I decided to go for the buffet and the menudo was really good. Service was still a bit off. I liked several things that were offered in the menu. Prices are reasonable, was not crowded, food looked like it has just been freshly made.

We went to this place to order take out. It was reasonably priced and good size portions. Service was quick and staff was very nice. The food was good, especially their refried beans. Not too salty and cooked to perfection. What I noticed was their buffet. It looked amazing and such a wonderful price. It had fresh fruit too. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is that they didn’t serve any desserts other than brownies on their buffet. We were hoping for tres leches or other types of Mexican desserts or sweet breads.

First time here walked in asked for the menu. I decided to eat here asked where to sit. They told me anywhere so I did decided what I wanted waited and waited. They even asked the people around me if they wanted more coffee even though they only had 5 people. No one came to me for anything to drink or even take my order. The workers just staid by the register area like if I’m a ghost. I got up and left ill spend my money somewhere else.
