We had a great experience here! Right off the freeway and right next to the hotel we stayed at – Holiday Inn Express. The food was really good, and came out SO fast. Delicious guacamole. The kids menu had meals for $4 on Sundays!

The food was great but the service was not great. From being seated to paying for the check was a pain. Since I was by myself it was hard to get seated. If your alone go to the bar for service. I got the fajitas and they were great. After I had finished the waitress took my silverware and I couldn’t start the beans and rice. It was a hot night so I got a few refills of soda and after two they cut me off. They charged me an additional $3.50 for an additional refill. Watch out for the overcharge if you ask for refills. I tried to fight the charge but no luck. I have been here a few times but I think it’s time to move on and find a New Mexican restaurant

Great service! The chips were warmed served with salsa when seated in a comfortable round booth. My burrito was presented stuffed and wrapped to perfection, as well as, had a delicious cream sauce drizzled over the top that made me keep eating even when I was no longer hungry. I loved the way they decorated it with the flag and sauces to represent the cuisine. If I was going to nitpick Id say the cheese on very top of burrito couldve been a TAD more melted but it wasnt offensive or cold on interior of burrito and the taste was on point.

My husband and I just drove down from Beaverton Oregon on our way home and we are spending the night at Hilton Inn suites on our way home to Vacaville CA. We walked over to El Paraiso Mexican Restaurant and had the best tasting Margaritas and dinner. Service was great.

A wonderful dining experience. Food was excellent and service was over the top amazing. Too bad for the smoke in Ashland otherwise we would have eaten outside in their beautiful patio area.

Easier seemed to forget about us. Took about 30 minutes to get our food and was moderately busy. Tacos were over priced and decent, but not worth the price. I might be a Mexican food snob though. I live in a Mexican populated area, lived in Mexico and Santa Ana, CA. Hole in the wall Taquerias always seem to be better for, faster service and cheaper. Just a personal opinion based on experience though. To reach their own.

My sister and I are in Ashland for the opening Oregon Shakespeare Festival and dined here for Cinco de Mayo. The restaurant had live singing. The staff was awesome.
