I recently tried this Cuban food truck, and the food was incredible. Everything tasted fresh, well-seasoned, and authentically Cuban.
We ordered the chicken, the liver, and the vaca frita, and all three dishes were delicious. The chicken was tender and flavorful, the liver was cooked perfectly, and the vaca frita had amazing texture and seasoning.
The service was fast and friendly, and the portions were generous. If you’re looking for amazing Cuban food, this food truck is definitely worth checking out. Highly recommend! Jorgito!!!

Horrible place to eat. The croquettes were freezer burnt and so was the meat. The croquettes also tasted disgusting, filled with processed ham and clearly store bought. Disgusting. The meat itself was rough and dry. The rice that came with it was dry, though that can be attributed to how black rice is made. I had some fried plantains, which were mediocre to say the least.
If you’re looking for quick Cuban food, go to Pollo Tropical.
Overall, horrible, clearly frozen food. 1/5 stars, will not be returning any time soon.

I ordered food for my son so he could eat first, went to the food truck right next to this one to get my food. Mind you that this place gave me a buzzer to let me know my food was ready. I got my food from the truck next door in 10 minutes. 1/2 hour later the buzzer still hasn’t gone off as I’m watching them talking in a group in the truck. So I went up and asked where is my food? They were all confused and didn’t even know what I ordered. So I told them what I ordered, they had it ready in about 5 minutes. The chef personally gave me my food and apologized which I appreciate, but my man still had his greasy gloves on from cooking and my bag was covered in grease and god knows what. Top it off they got the order wrong!!! FYI this place was not busy… at all. Bad experience overall, will not return.

Actualmente, mi preferido food truck de Lehigh. Lo más parecido al Palacios de los jugos en variedad de platos típicos cubanos. La elaboración de la comida: sabrosa y auténtica. Los precios muy buenos. Recomiendo el “especial de tamal”, siempre que voy lo compro. La atención es buena y rápida y las porciones son abundantes (algo que escasea en estos días en los backeries de la zona).
