Grabbed some pastries, cookies and donuts after Klines next door. Everything we got was delicious and surprisingly fresh for late Sunday evening. The pineapple filled pastry was fantastic. The staff were very helpful, friendly and explained the pastries we were not familiar with. We will be back again soon!

Yesterday 11/02/2024 I ordered a birthday cake for my son, pick up today at 3pm 11/03/2024 for the celebration. The cake was supposed to have 3 leches (a famous hispanic recipe), and they charged me almost $50 bucks. What a disgusting surprise to find out. The cake was burned in the bottom and not a 3 leche at all. I called back to the paisano, and they said, they could do nothing if the cake was already eaten like, what I can do if you have a bunch of children around you screaming for cake?. I ordered a birthday cake from this bakery and was really disappointed. The cake did not look like what I had asked for — the decoration was sloppy, and it honestly looked rushed. The taste was even worse; it was dry, overly sweet, and didn’t feel fresh at all. Guests barely touched it, which was embarrassing at a birthday party. For the price I paid, I expected much better quality. Unfortunately, I won’t be ordering from here again.

The customer service I received from the two ladies who serviced me could definitely be better. I came for the churros but it was self serve and it seemed as if they have been sitting out all day (cold & hard). I also ordered the street corn and that was good but it was also served cold.

We showed up expecting a finished cake on her special day, only to be told they didn’t make it. They seemed completely unbothered and gave a half-hearted apology like it was no big deal.
This wasn’t just a cake—it was for our child’s birthday, something we trusted them with. Their lack of organization and accountability ruined an important part of our celebration.
What kind of business forgets an order and then acts like it’s just another day? Unprofessional, unreliable, and clearly lacking basic customer service. We will never be ordering from them again, and I’d strongly recommend looking elsewhere if your event actually matters to you.

Cake was delicious. They are able to make any various cakes including wedding cakes. I do suggest they buy cake boxes so that special or custom cakes are able to fit in them. Also one of our requests for our cake wasn’t done properly.
