Ordered sandwiches on the app selected Asiago then when we got to the store she said it wasn’t selected so we put on plain is that okay ? We said no we selected Asiago so that’s what we wanted. In return she threw our sandwiches and said you should be good and shut the window in our faces. Worst customer service ever.

Typically I love this place, I’d almost say I’m a regular. Although it’s becoming more and more frequent that I’m paying for an upcharged request and it’s blatantly being bypassed for an easier step. It’s only that much more heartbreaking that I consistently tip and only realize the difference in my coffee after I’ve left, and yes you can tell the difference. I’m truly hoping to see a change soon, this place is a nightmare to pull out of, hate to stop going all together.
