We’ve driven by many times, and the parking lot is always pretty full. So we gave it a shot. Huge place. The chairs are very colorful and decorative. Nice art on the walls. Great prices, especially on beer and wine. I had the Pollo Loco, which, if you like mushrooms, is so good. Big portion, so I took half home. My husband had the enchilada combo and liked it. Good service.

We’ve eaten here a million times and it’s always delicious and a good value for the price. The servers are always attentive and keep refills coming. I like the way they make the chips, they’re fresh and not greasy. Salsa is thin so don’t wear a nice shirt lol.

Stopped in for lunch today, 11-13-19, and had the beef flautas with the rice and beans. It was excellent. The wheat flowered tortillas were nice and fresh. Our waitress Jackie could not have been more helpful and pleasant. She was a delightful waitress. I highly recommend dining in this colorful dining room. It’s nice to go into a Mexican restaurant that plays authentic Mexican music, a plus.

Waiter was very closed off and unresponsive.
Got our drink orders wrong, instead of coke, we received unsweetened tea. We pointed out we didn’t order tea and he told us we did.. He never brought out the correct drinks
Never brought out our cheese dip appetizer.
When we got our food, it was cold. Not like sitting out too long at room temperature, but like sitting in the fridge and forgot to warm it up cold.
My chicken and steak fajitas for example. The skillet they were served on was hot, but the chicken, beef (almost non-existent), peppers and onions all had the temperature of being brought precooked and placed in the refrigerator.
And then placed on a hot skillet to warm up.
The rice, beans, and pico that come with the fajitas, never made it to the table.
Told my waiter about the cold and missing food, he shrugged his shoulders and said “eh”. Then he brought me the bill and I never saw him again.
Asked another waitress if I could speak to the manager, she told me she would tell him. However the manager never showed up.
Definitely won’t return here.

I went here yesterday for lunch… first off the lady rolled her eyes and seemed mad at the fact I asked for the 1/2 order instead of the full *cheaper for lunch* then as I waited I see her across the dinning room sneezing and blowing her nose!!! She is obviously sick. I see her blow her nose whip up the napkin is soaked too and she did not wash her hands instead she got me my food! So disgusting! I stayed because I had a child with me and was so hungery I didn’t have time to stop anywhere else so I bit the bullet and now I’m eating my left overs and find her hair in it it’s a black I’m blonde so definitely not mine!!! Oh and I’m sneezing now so I probably got what she got. I will never come back here! I use to love this place but the last few times sucked!
