The food was amazing! We had the charro beans, rice, chips and salsa and the asada tacos. Everything was 5 stars, but the beans were over the top phenomenal.

My partner and I ate at El Oeste this summer. I’m writing this review now because we remembered what a great experience we had! The staff were so welcoming and hard at work. The different tacos and plates are delicious with tasty sides. Their desserts and snacks are the perfect way to treat yourself after a long day at the park. I highly recommend giving El Oeste a try and we look forward to going back the next time we visit!

This Mexican restaurant truly exceeded expectations and is a fantastic discovery! The vegetarian rice bowl, in particular, stood out. It was incredibly flavorful, bursting with fresh ingredients, and the portion size was very generous—easily satisfying one person or shareable for two. I wholeheartedly recommend trying it. Beyond the vegetarian options, the menu also features excellent choices for non-vegetarians, ensuring there’s something delicious for everyone to enjoy at this establishment.

The best authentic street tacos I have had! Everything I have here is so amazing! The staff are so amazingly kind & friendly. I eat here every time I am in West Yellowstone. Do yourself a favor and stop by to try it out for yourself, you won’t be disappointed!

Excellent service & delicious food! Our first time visiting yellowstone & this place was great! I ordered 4 tacos & they were very flavorful & the meat was tender. My husband had the Steak Torta & it was delicious.

Sharing this feedback in hope that other businesses improve their customer service. We visited this place since Friday and as soon as we arrived the owner made us feel welcome and important. She was extremely busy and that didn’t stop her from greeting our family. The food and salsas we’re beyond delicious i can tell she loves what she does and enjoys cooking for her customers. She had great recomendations and took the time to explain all of the dishes. Most owners just sit behind a computer and monitor their bank accounts as she was cleaning tables down for other customers and taking out trash restocking silverware and much more. We just sat there admiring her ability to manage a busy evening on her own. The highlight of the night was her Hospitality Service. We wish her lots of sucess moving forward.

After a long day in Yellowstone, the food felt homely, fresh and hot. I had a vegetarian burrito bowl, and the host made sure they customized the entire order for vegetarian food and kids preferences. The portions were big, and the atmosphere with the picnic benches outside made for a memorable dinner with the family.

Loved this place, the agua fresca was amazing but the elote with hot cheetos was phenomenal! I definitely recommend this food truck, the service was fast and exceptional! My friends and I are most definitely returning before we leave. Best authentic Mexican snacks in town no doubt!!

Came here for the first time today, sooo delicious and fresh! The owner is so sweet and truly cares about quality and taste! Definitely will be back! Also can’t wait to try their other restaurant opening right next door in a few weeks!

El Oeste’s Carne Asada Quesadillas were a hit! The steak was tender, cooked to perfection, and paired beautifully with the cheese. The generous portion made it ideal for sharing.
