Unassuming hole in the wall that you would easily drive on past blissfully unaware of the deliciousness you’re passing up. Big Ole reasonably priced margaritas, spicy salsa, generous portions and good prices. No gimmicks or bells and whistles. Just very good food.

Best tacos in NKY!! You have GOT to get here to El Ocho Loco! Legit street tacos, soooo tasty! The queso is homemade and wonderfully done. We also had the steak quesadillas and they were outta this world. Their street taco sauce, also homemade, was probably the best I’ve ever had…and I’m a born and raised Texican. I consider myself a connoisseur and aficionado when it comes to Mexican food. When you pull up to the restaurant, do not be deterred! Yes, it’s right next to a gas station but this is its own restaurant with plenty of seating to the left as you walk in the front door. Our server, Mike, was extremely friendly and even whipped up an amazing 32oz Peach Margarita on the rocks…yes…THIRTY OUNCES!!!

First time visiting. I got two steak tacos and two pork tacos. I really enjoyed the steak tacos. The pork tacos were OK. The meat was thicker than I was used to. Overall, I would visit this place again I would like to try some other things on the menu. I did order a tres leches cake that I didn’t receive. I was disappointed by this, but I didn’t notice till i was already gone. Also, this place is pretty popular on DoorDash and they have seating inside as well as a patio area.

I LOVE the street tacos here! The lengua is so good! The food is good quality and affordable. Why get Taco Bell’s dog food tacos when for a slightly higher price you can get fresh and authentic tacos from a locally owned business?

The Forman mentioned this place and I was in the mood for tacos any way, I’m glad I didn’t eat the lunch I packed, because this place was awesome. I love their tacos they taste great and they’re big for the price. The Verde was excellent, and the chips and salsa where very good as well.

I really loved this restaurant. My family and I got quick service and great food. The exterior doesn’t look too special. Main interior is small, and a bit boring. But the larger room to the left is really neat. Don’t judge this book by its cover. You’ll enjoy it if you actually try it.

This is truly a cool little “hole in the wall” sort of place. Over the past 20 years, I’ve seen many businesses try and fail to stay open in this space. But then a few years ago, I saw that the space was a new Mexican restaurant. And three years later, they’re still there and thriving. The food is tasty and the service was quick. The staff was friendly too. It’s a place you’ll want to check out if you’d like to try some more authentic Mexican food. 5 stars for them, and it’s nice to see how successful they’ve been!

oh la oh la oh la oh la – the CHEER is worth it. Great street tacos! Beef, Chicken, Carnitas – ALL WINNERS. Best advice is to before or after lunch rush, everything is hand cooked to order so wait time could get lengthy. Don’t let the façade fool you, this place is GOOD! Call ahead, pick it up and rock your world!
