Online ordering is a scam, I paid 18$ for our food and on top of that paid 1.50$ service fee and 0.28 cents for taxes (19.78$ PAID) When we went to pick up the order he took our receipt and said we still owed money and that my card didn’t have enough funds(he lied) so the total was more that 20$. How does that make any sense… on the receipt he gave us after paying that dollar it shows that they jumped up the price . It was just a dollar he was asking for but that’s shady business. Online prices are not true so FYI

Terrible customer service. The kid at the register has a snarky attitude. I asked a question and he rolled his eyes at me in two different occasions that I went. I have not and will not go back to this place. With this type of negativity the food didn’t taste good. Also, it’s a small space for parking, as well as inside the shop. Save yourself the trouble because no one really acknowledges you or seems happy to serve you.

I went in today just to try to go buy two Paleta heladas and I wasn’t aware of where the line begin and how it started. I waited in line for 7 minutes without anyone asking me if I had been attended or not. They do not know how to take orders at all. Before I had left two other customers left due to the line and they not even acknowledging them. The parking is terrible in this place also. They take an order and then they go off and leave the customer hanging. This is just terrible customer service overall. They can say that they are busy but in Fresno la Michoacán is far more busier than them

The personality of the young man attending the customers is horrible, they’re acknowledgement to the customer is horrible. They do not push orders out accordingly as they are being put in , I seriously waited 20 mins to get 2 aguas de horchata and hot cheetos with cheese, people that came in after me got their stuff before me, they had tostilocos,etc.. that take much longer to make. Just unbelievable. Then I realized why I had stopped going!!!
