Worst place to order a cake from! We paid $600 for a birthday cake that was suppose to serve 80 guest but only actually fed 25 guest. What an embarrassment of a cake we received. I called the owner of the establishment to express my frustration but only received rudeness. She proceeded two hang up on me twice and shout insults! Horrible bakery with no manners whatsoever. Please don’t ever buy cakes from this place. Save yourself money and go visit Castro Bakery.

This place is friendly. They have great food and have a order over the phone service too. Their bread, salteñas and tamales are bomb! Juicy and full of flavor. And don’t forget the spicy sauce when you get your salteñas or tamales; the ladies helping you give you a bunch of them. I like this place reminds me of home and my husband loves it! I go back every time.

My wife and I are fond of their flan, bread pudding and most specially the beef salteña for many years, since we moved in to Prince William County. We always have to make a special trip just to taste the items mentioned, whenever we’ve the cravings. After staying away for many months from their location in Woodbridge, VA, because of the pandemic, we decided to stop by for the usual treats, yesterday. Well, to make the long story short, we were very disappointed that the consistency of their beef salteña have changed so drastically. We can’t even finish the whole empanada. The beefsauce is different and the red chili sauce added doesn’t agree to our palettes, let alone to my stomach. For that, I’m giving it a 3 star demoted from a 5 star given many years ago.
