The food here was the best Mexican food we have had since we got here from California. The service was a little slow but they are short staffed so it’s understandable. My husband ordered the mixed fajitas and i ordered mole enchiladas. Both dishes were delicious and everything was hot out of the kitchen. This place is trash. How are u going to argue with someone on what they order? How are they going to have someone who can’t understand English answer the phone? Horrible service. Disrespectful server. Never go here again that’s for sure.

This place used to be so good, with kind and attentive servers, fresh tasty food, and affordable prices. But now?? I have never experienced such poor customer service and unprofessional servers in my life. I don’t know what happened and why things have taken such a huge downhill turn, but it is the complete opposite of my experiences in the previous years.
After our last experience we will definitely not be returning. Our pick up order was wrong. We called and explained the situation and the server who answered the phone was completely rude and refused to let me speak with a manager. She initially changed my online order because she assumed I ordered wrong. Then complained about having to remake it when I told her I had ordered it the way I wanted it. After getting home with our order and discovering it was made wrong, this same employee is the one who was rude and unprofessional on the phone. The food had not been eaten, but had been stirred in the container so she refused to let me come exchange it for the right item. And then refused to let me speak to a manager.
The prices have gone up, the customer service has hit rock bottom, and the overall quality has decreased. I hope the management sees this and makes the proper changes necessary to fix this unfortunate downhill spiral.

Terrible the time they put for your takeout will be wrong then the girl gets rude acting like it’s your fault your there at the time they put for it to be done and then a week later I get Freddy’s tacos second time they forget to put the FREDDYS SAUCE in that’s the whole reason I get them hence the name these people are careless and you would be better doing business with a whole in the wall
