They are very rude. People up front they are more worried about their own gossip than attending their customers. It is extremely disappointing, especially being a visitor from out of state. The food was ok but the wait plus the customers service truly ruined the experience. Also not worth the prices they charge. There is much better food in same food court .

Very bad service. Had to get up for kids food , than mine , they didn’t even give me salsa so I had to get up again with my kids since they are small. No napkins and the food had no type of taste. The price wasn’t even worth the bad experience I paid for.

Casi $10 dólares por un solo sope de asada y una soda de lata. Estás pagando por la localización. Se me hizo muy poquita carne también por el precio que estás pagando. Aunque no fue de mi desagrado el sabor, no pienso volver. Será por eso que no ponen los precios al menú.

The food lack seasoning, the birria needed more salt, tasted as dry as the lemons that they give you.
El servicio a cliente is bien malo. La señora de enfrente es bien gruñona, pero si ahí le muestras un billete de $100 ahí si pone cara amable. Yo ordene una quesabirria, el consomé no tenía sabor, le faltaba sal al consomé y a la birria. Las dos cosas eran secas como los limones que te dan.

La comida me encantó, el problema fue el servicio y que te sirven lo que les place, pedí dos quesadillas, una de huitlacoche y otra de champiñones y la última me la cambiaron por una de flor de calabaza. Cuando fui a reclamar la chica insistía y decía que yo le había pedido flor de calabaza, no seguí discutiendo por que no valía la pena. Pero creo firmemente que te deben dar por lo que pagas. No volveré a pagar por algo que no me sirvieron
