I don’t know how on earth this place gets good reviews. First of all it’s in a food court. It’s a nice open atmosphere on a nice day. Secondly the food was sub par. I got a streak burrito. I asked them to add chorizo and they told me to buy a taco separately. Kinda crazy. My partner got ceviche. Prob some of the most mediocre either of us have ever had. It wasn’t bad. It just wasn’t good. Very underwhelming in every way. Because of the outdoor atmosphere we had to constantly swat away bugs. All around I could have went without. The only thing that was delicious was the taco funny enough

Stopped here on our way back to the airport and it did not disappoint. This is the by far the best mexican food we found on the island. We ordered a side of gauc and chips along with veg and chicken enchiladas. Everything arrived quick and fresh. Big portion sizes and the dishes were very flavorful and appetizing. They charged us extra for the veggies though

I was almost discouraged from going in because it was buried back past a derelict looking gas station in a small food court. I almost drove right past it. Really nice staff though and food was really decent food. Reminded me of Taco Express in Colorado Springs

Loved it. Busy place but the order didn’t take to long. Carnitas and asada taco. Yum. Cheese quesadilla also yum. Good portions!! I will be coming back on the weekends for sure. All the way from Hawi.

Had the carnitas plate and glad I did. Nice and juicy, great flavor, not dry at all. Their house salsa is good but not spicy. They gave me a habanero blend to add to it and that helped raise the thermostat. Skip chips, there’s enough food for two if you order a plate! Strongly recommend if in dire need of some quality Mexican food here on the big island.

Pleasant taqueria with a pandemic friendly spacious covered eating area with fans that are sometimes on, good air flow. Food is prepared to order. I had a torta and chile relleno platillo which were okay & good. Front staff are pleasant and efficient. Lots of parking with the retail and the rest of the complex quiet. I’m going to go back to try their other offerings!
