The food has always been fast & delicious. Really enjoy the atmosphere for solo visits to group happy hour. Service is fast & friendly. I’ve had the brisket tacos, taco salad, fajitas, and margaritas during the different visits.

My family and the entire pee wee baseball team and their families decided to eat here after a tournament. It was Sunday afternoon the restaurant wasn’t busy. They only had one waiter trying to take care of our very large party with kids at one group of tables and adults at another group of tables next to them. Some of us just wanted water with lemon which like all the other drinks took an incredibly long time to get. Getting our food took an incredibly long time to get. I ordered a beef enchilada tamale taco rice and beans. Did not get the beans or was charged for them. The waiter missed my request. My taco literally had a pinch of cheese and a pinch of lettuce on it. I requested a side of cheese and lettuce to make up for what I thought should have been an adequate amount. Only to discover when my check arrived they charged me nearly $5 for the extra cheese and lettuce. Getting checked out took nearly as long as Getting our food and drinks and never did the waiter ask if anyone needed a refill. I refilled my water out of the bathroom sink which didn’t taste all that great. Would I recommend this place NO will I go back NEVER. But as someone reminded me today. If they don’t know they had a problem bad service or other issues… They can’t fix it. I hope this never happens to anyone else in the future to many good Mexican restaurants in Baton Rouge for me to go out of my way to eat here again. If we attend another tournament in Zachary again we will eat elsewhere sorry

As much as I came there before I won’t be coming back. You all were rude and awkward as I walked in to ask for a takeout order. The lady tells me they don’t have a kids quesadilla that I can add chicken and shrimp to which is a LIE because that’s all I order. To add insult she told me to hold one moment while she answered the phone to take another order as if I wasn’t standing there ordering food. I’ll never spend another $1 there because that’s disrespectful.

I get basic nachos beans and cheese all the time at all of our Mexican restaurants from Mississippi to Iowa. This is the first time ever! I thought this was a joke. I asked for a plate of Natchoes bean and cheese nachos and they can have everything on them but I like the cheese dip over my chips. Sometimes I get shrimp or steak. But this cost $12 for a plate of like 12 chips which looks to have bean and cheese individually dropped on it and cold! My daughter loves tacos and she ate like half her hard shell taco. It ruined my lunch for sure I thought it was some keto cooker joke. Never again. We nicely told the waitress we were not happy and she offered to do nothing. I rarely ever complain about food ever but this ruined lunch for me.

Sadly Don’t waste your money here. Their is a reason every other restaurant is busy and they are almost always empty. Between the rude service, sour poorly cooked food, and charging $2 for a small side of sour cream, I think I’ll stick to my favorite places in BR.

EXTREMELY overpriced for very average food. The attached photo was their idea of $17.50 fajita tacos. Service was good, staff was friendly. Just not even close to worth the price.

Waitstaff spot on. Salsa too hot got burrito with cheese sauce +$2 more didn’t cover the said taste or the crazy price. 100 miles from home and ate the worst Mexican food ever. Won’t be back even if I’m back this way again. Must just cater to drunk sport fans with no taste buds during a great game.
