Hair wrapped in my food !!! When I called they said bring the food when I did they tried to argue and said they’ll give me one taco when the food was 18.00 !! We waited in the store for an hour and 45 mins just to get our refund and they didn’t even give us a full refund. While waiting I watched the manger and other employees touch there face, pick there nose, play with there phone and clothes all while preparing alcoholic drinks and food ! They dropped the chip trays picked it up then proceeded to service chips on it as well.

I had lunch here today for the first time. I really enjoyed it. Service was courteous and fast, the food was really good ( beef soft tacos) and the prices were great.

Fellas, if you need to warm your lady’s heart so she melts, then take her here on a night when they have live Mariachi bands! Exceptional experience overall. Besides the live band, our food was great as well. We ordered the Mixiote de borrego (lamb shanks with adobo sauce) and the devil dogs burrito with Lengua (beef tongue) as the meat. Delicioso in the mosto! Portions were generous for the price. Devil dogs burrito is about the size of small child! Holy huge burrito batman! Not only large, but full of good flavors and the meat was well prepared. The lamb shanks were tender and paired well with the sauce . Our server was a sweetheart and provided excellent service. Really fun bright colors atmosphere. We shall return!

Just moved to Jacksonville a year ago, and my family and I have been here multiple times! We got the recommendation from a friend and it’s become our new favorite Mexican spot in town! The staff is friendly, the vibes are great, and the food is so so good. Definitely recommend!

Got 3 item combo; 1 chicken burrito, 1 chicken enchilada and 1 beef burrito
Side rice was neon and unseasoned, side beans were okay. Side Chips were cooked well and tasted okay. Salsas are not good. Make one at home it will be better.
Burritos, only meat inside and poorly cooked tortilla. Enchilada, only meat inside and poorly cooked, smaller tortilla. All 3 of them had some tomato sauce poured over it that tasted like marinara sauce.
Do not recommend.

Ordered the birria pizza 0/10 not only was it not cut all the way through it was soggy and the meat wasn’t even shredded! Meat was so tough it honestly tasted like bland fasted cooked pot roast. I wouldn’t call this birria at all! Just greasy broth from pot roast. Has so many fat pieces throughout the whole thing we couldn’t even eat it. That’s not traditional birria it’s just tough pot roast with greasy broth
Second we ordered the tres leches cake and what is that?! Why not put in the description that it’s cake with strawberry filling and NUTS with a chocolate candy? Huh That’s not a traditional tres leches had I known i wouldn’t have ordered this it was nasty and so glad I saw the nuts before giving to kids.
This was a very disappointing experience and not authentic food at all.

My wife and I were looking for someplace to eat after church , and she usually wants to eat at the same two places every week. I was a bit grumpy and demanded a new place. We’re driving around and we saw El Mariachi Mexican restaurant . I checked the Google review and saw that it had a total 4.3 stars and figured it must be pretty good. Well, it was awesome! We had the fajitas for two and if you’ve ever read one of my reviews you’ll probably know that I forgot to take the picture of it because I was in such a hurry to eat it. It was so good! And there was so much of it that I took a portion home and had for my dinner that night since my wife was flying out of town for a business trip. The service was also excellent the only reason the atmosphere didn’t get a four-star was the booth seat I was setting in was loose and every time the people behind me i was feeling like I was sitting in a rocking chair. If that one small thing was fixed it would be a perfect dining experience! Still I would highly recommend eating here! The food is delicious this, the service is spectacular, and the serving size is incredible!

First time seeing a live Mariachi Band. It was such a wonderful experience! The food, drinks, and atmosphere were 5+ stars. When I am in the area I will definitely be returning. The prices are also VERY reasonable.

Authenticity is highly tasty and refreshing. I go here when I want food. Seasoned and more fresh than others. El Mariachi is good and beautiful inside, staff is nice and food is safe. Sopes and gorditas hit hard. The dishes look so beautiful and so marinated and delicious. Las planchas hit so good
