I was looking forward to trying this food out, especially learning about the owners. I’ve been wanting bbq for a while but it was very disappointing. The rib tips were semi dry and the 2 sides I got were potato salad and baked beans. The potato salad tasted like store bought (definitely was not made in house and was horrible) and the baked beans were mushy smh the only good thing was the guy at the register was pretty cool. I definitely wish I would have kept my $20 and ate leftover thanksgiving food.

Came here last week, it was so good I had to come back this week! Chopped brisket sandwich is superb, green beans are perfectly seasoned and cooked southern style, and the baked beans I finished to the last one. I don’t pass out reviews, loved the food here though!

I have never wrote a restaurant review like this before. After thinking on what happened last night me and my husband thought it was best to write one to let other customers be aware and the owner be aware. Yesterday evening we came in to order food. As we were sitting in the dining area by the front door waiting on our food a homeless person came to the window/door yelling and threatening to shoot me and my husband acting very erratic. My husband kept yelling “go away! Go away!” as I looked on. When my husband went to go let the staff know what was going on and turned his back that homeless person opened the door and spit in my face then walked off. My husband proceeded to go out and confront the man to run him off. It was scary. I am pregnant and not once did the staff come see what was going on, ask if we were ok or anything. When it started they all ran and hid in the back and acted like they didn’t care. I even told the cook what was happening and he turned his back. I’m sorry but that’s messed up. I don’t know if this establishment deals with this kind of issues a lot but that was a very scary situation to be in and for no one to even confront or ask if we were ok was sad. We were so spooked by what happened we didn’t even eat our food outside like we wanted to and just took it home. The owner needs to know of this situation not only for the safety of there customers but there staff. Never in my life have I experienced anything like that. I understand people can also be scared and want to stay away but if it were me working there I would have definitely came up front and asked if my customers were ok and try to handle the situation. I don’t even know if I want to return after this

My first time here and I’ll never return again. I ordered an 8 piece wing plate with macaroni cheese, and the southern green beans . Only thing that was good on that plate was the green beans and macaroni and cheese. Upon eating the 1st wing I noticed feathers absolutely gross and I had to throw away the chicken a complete waste of $29.91 please do not feed the public like animals take them feathers off before smoking them wings absolutely nasty.

Was recommended by a friend and drove a little out of the way to check it out. Overall, it was “meh”. The bbq ribs and sauce were good but the chicken was a little dry and the “smoked mac and cheese” needed some serious help. Too much mustard in the potato salad. The person who took my order was nice but seemed somewhat distracted. It was only me and one other person in the place and when I got my order, it was wrong!!! I’m thinking how in the world can you get my order wrong, hardly anyone ‘s here. CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE RESTAURANT! There are signs saying no refunds after you leave…geesh! Will I go back? May try again if and only if I am in the area AND on the side of the street where I can turn in as it is difficult to access and to park.

TODAY My mind was blown, I’ve been in Georgia for over 5 years and never been here. Went today with my husband for the first time, the best BBQ hands down. The Brisket was so seasoned and tender, the Mac, the string beans, the Cornbread, the gold and reg sauce both were delicious and to wash it down with a homemade Ga Peach Arnold Palmer. The owner was so nice and inviting, Ill be back.

I am not sure if they have inside seating, I went through the drive through. The food came fast and was hot and yummy. I had the sausage, pulled chicken, mac & cheese, and collard greens. It was so good. Found me a new BBQ spot.

BBQ was amazing. I really didn’t care for the sides, but the brisket was so moist, and you can never go wrong with rib tips. Reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 was half of star for the sides (Mac n cheese and yams) nothing to special about the yams and and the Mac n cheese was a little tangy after a few bite. The other half of the star is the fat ratio on the meat, just too much for my liking. Maybe if it was more caramelized, but this was just pure fat. Will definitely be back to get the salmon and wings and more brisket n tips. OMG and the sauce had me using the fat pieces to soak up the remaining sauce. Go get your order now. ***Disclaimer I did go at 1145am on a Saturday morning, so that could have been the reason for not being as caramelized as normal

Ordered the brisket sandwich, the entire bread was missing just brisket on the plate. The two sides that come with the brisket meal have options and when I asked for the beans they didn’t have any, so I opted out for the coleslaw and just accepted it. I get home and discovered the entire side isn’t there. what I have is in the picture and where the recipe for the food is where the coleslaw was suppose to be. Food was decent after I tried it disappointed from the missing food though.
