Beyond a doubt the worst excuse for Mexican food I’ve ever had. We ordered fajitas and the meat pieces were about the size of a pea! On top of that they had no flavor whatsoever. When I told the manager he kept wanting to argue that they don’t serve it on a white plate in my photo. I used the plate that was under my queso. He just wanted to argue. The waiter didn’t come back to our table until I flagged him down to get a second beer so I can wash this cardboard down. The beef was pale gray like it came out of dishwater. It had absolutely no taste. The manager said “this is how everyone here likes it” as he continued to try to argue with me. If you didn’t want to know what I thought of it why did he ask? So we could argue?

Don’t let the exterior fool you, this was a beautiful restaurant inside and the food is amazing. The tacos al pastor may be the best I’ve ever had, and I’ve had a lot!

The customer service and follow through by the staff and manager are poor. My family and I ordered takeout after arriving back home we were missing food that was ordered and when I called they said they would refund me my money however they failed to do so. In addition to this as we were eating what we did have there was hair in the food. Totally disgusted and will not be going back.

It was my first time to visit there and the staff was friendly and courteous. The meal was served in a timely manner and the food was delicious. I live approximately 3 hours from El Mariachi, but the next time I come to Dickson, TN, I’ll be stopping there for another delicious meal!

Service is pretty polite, even when it is really busy. I’ve never had a bad server; even if sometimes they are harried, they are still attentive. The food is petty good here, as well.
