This place is good. Service was speedy from the moment we walked in the door. I started with a frozen strawberry and mango margarita with Tajin on the room. Fruity, sweet and not too strong. Chips and salsa are good as well as the Guacamole. The salsa bar with peppers, onions and other goodies is a nice touch. I had the steak, with onions and chorizo. It served with a fajita set up. This was really good! There’s a female bartender there that speaks good English and is really sweet. Good place, good restaurant!

What a great value! We both had the lunch fajitas with water for less than $30 with taxes and tip.
The atmosphere leaves much to be desired, but the food and service is great. There is also a small Mexican grocery store attached to it.
If you’re hungry and want tasty Mexican at a good value, try them out.

I’ve never cared much for Mexican food, but we’ve been back now 3 times and I’m actually excited to try more more menu items!!! Who knew Chili Rellanos was so delish??!!
There is also a small Mexican grocery store attached. They sell meats and some of the best rolls I’ve had since we moved to the south almost 20yrs ago!

Delicious nachos! The special flour chips are worth the trip. They are fried up, served still hot and when you bite….it’s crispy but fluffyish somehow. It’s not like normal tortilla chips. They’re like crispy pita bread like but ….idk, go try them. You will see what I’m talking about.

I was initially (3 yrs ago) impressed with their food and service. But lately, it seems food quality has slipped and the last time I was there my server was rude, constantly complaining about their life and cutting down fellow employees. That server is still there. Beer prices are still great.

Bland best describes this place…no love in the food at this place. The salad had a gooey mess at the bottom . Chorizo and cheese $8.00 was just sausage. Very little cheese. Guacamole was so refined, must have strained it from a cheese cloth; No onions tomatoes, no texture, no salt, bland. Chili Verde was okay. It needed tortillas served with it. Margaritas were so smooth, wondered if it had any tequila present. They did not have a salsa picosia. I do not recommend this place, skip it and choose taco hell for more taste in your food. 17Jul21

Sadly we returned today 4/23 and were very disappointed. We won’t return. We’ve eaten here many times but I updated my review today. Service less than mediocre, food was not hot, salsa was way too hot spicy (which had not been in the past). Just read someone’s review and didn’t know they use lard in the vegetarian dishes that I’ve been ordering all along. Plenty of other Mexican restaurants nearby to choose.

Delicious chicken bowl, recommended by the waiter was very tasty, but americanized i felt. Couldn’t finish the bowl as I was very full. I would order it again. Salsa was on point with the fresh hot chips.. margarita on the rocks was tasty but I personally couldn’t taste the tequila, but could feel it. Lol. Ordered a second margarita and was very satisfied.
