26 Feb 2026….Ordered the Pollo Loco. The grilled chicken was burnt on the edges, and very dry. The rice was dried out. Not enough queso sauce to help matters. I went with 3 friends, they chose this restaurant. The food they ordered wasn’t good either. I won’t return. I’ll be going to my favorite, Las Margaritas on Ocoee St. Lesson learned.

A cozy little Mexican restaurant with great food, friendly staff, and a very nice atmosphere to the place. Some of the things on the menu might be a bit pricey, but don’t let that chase you away. It is definitely a restaurant worth stopping by and trying something on their menu.

I ordered 2x wing plates for myself and another. We waited over 40 minutes for the plates to arrive colder than they should have been. The bathrooms for both genders were out of order, so the majority of the patrons tonight had to use a single, small bathroom meant for the employees in the back. The manager was incredibly rude to his staff and customers both. Our waitress was understanding, though, and helped to vent our frustrations about the ordeal. Honestly, I’ll look for something a little more accommodating next time.

I love to try local Mexican restaurants when I travel. We stopped here and enjoyed a nice meal. The portions were exceptional and a nice surprise. Most places have scaled back on portion sizes and increased prices. This was not the case here. We got the combo fajitas for two and a supreme burrito and they were excellent. The queso and salsa were really good too. My only complaints that keep this from being 5 stars were the attitude of the waitress and the margarita. The lime margarita was incredibly salty and I didn’t enjoy it. I would have to try a flavored one if I were to have a chance to come again. Overall, though, I really enjoyed the food.

Now while I haven’t been to every Mexican restaurant in Cleveland, I can definitely say it’s the best one that I’ve come across here. I live here temporarily and it’s better than the ones in my town back in GA. Their food is amazing and it’s pretty authentic, and I say it being Chicano.

Place is very clean, customer service is on point. We called ahead of time, by the time we got there they had our table ready. We were at party of 12. The mango margarita was amazing. Definitely as must come if you are around.

Got food to go. I ordered Pollo Loco and my wife ordered steak nachos with beans. When I got my food the bean juice was spilled all in the bottom of the bag. Our meals had no queso on it. Overall not a good experience.
