I loved the food- had a chicken enchilada and Ranchero Jalisco. I also like their alcohol selection. The staff were super nice. I got 2 for 1 Natasha and 2 shots along with it.

The Bossier City location of El Jimador is our favorite because the food is good and the staff is amazing. Never an empty glass or basket of chips at the table. The food is tasty and there’s plenty of it. My favorite dishes are the enchilada and taco combination plate.

The food was delicious but service wasn’t all too great. Our waitress didn’t check up on us as much when it wasn’t busy. I ordered the “Chile Poblano Pepper Dinner”. It’s really delicious, and I recommend it. The rice didn’t taste all too great, but it’s decent. We also ordered a burrito but it’s super small. I don’t recommend ordering a burrito from here. Overall, it’s good food but service was a hit and miss.

Our first time trying this place and we got to-go! It was delicious and great portions. They gave us a hefty bag of chips (that we had already eaten half of when I took the picture) and a large thing of salsa. I got the street tacos with pork and they were packed with meat, very delicious! It also came with a side of rice.

My fiance and I stopped in and had lunch, we ordered taco salad bowls. I had the ground beef and he had the steak. Service was excellent also the food. Our waitress was very sweet in informative on the menu.

I ordered fajitas off the lunch menu, which clearly states that lunch is served from Monday-Saturday until 3:30. We had a big party, and ordered off the lunch menu before 3:30. Whenever we got our bills, the waitress told us that we ordered 10 minutes past the lunch menu time. We were definitely overcharged for the timing and quality of food we got. My steak fajitas were also uncut & rubbery.

Convenient location. Two for one margaritas. Broad menu. Hot, tasty food that was served fast and with a smile. The food was excellent and affordable, and the service was fantastic. Pollo De Soto is a definite standout. I will be returning!
