By far, the best tacos ever! Enough said. . . 2 thumbs up and 5 stars. Plenty of parking, clean restrooms, and smiling faces. If I ever drive through this area again, I will stop for tacos 🙂

I tried the chicken fajitas today, 8/12/24 . The food was absolutely fabulous. The flavor was phenomenal. The chips & salsa are wonderful & fresh. I believe those chips are made fresh daily. I will definitely be back. I heard the pancakes are wonderful, I will have to try those next.

Great food and great service. I have always enjoyed eating at El Jefe’s, the one off of hwy160. This was our first time at the one on Calvada. This eatery lives up to the quality food and service I’ve come to expect from El Jefe’s. Very clean and beautifully decorated. I highly recommend this establishment. They serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

This Restaurant’s second location in town wasn’t very busy, off the main drag so go here to get seated and served quickly. Staff was polite and helpful discussing menu options. Overall each entree was great and the plate was not only piping hot but huge!!

We ate here on the way back from Death Valley and it was a little off the main 160 highway, but not bad at all. Our first time in Pahrump and we had a great dining experience. I ordered 3 tacos and husband ordered carne asada burrito. The food came out fresh and piping hot. Also, the house chips and salsa was good. Everything hit the spot and we were very satisfied. We left the restaurant a little before 5pm on a Saturday and the place filled up and was poppin. I recommend this restaurant to anyone passing thru and in need of a good Mexican meal.
The parking lot was small, but fits a lot of cars and the restaurant is spacious and roomy with a cute vibe!

First time as out of towners. We both had burritos Pollo and Carnitas with red sauce.
Food:
It’s the first time in recent memories that the red sauce had body and great flavors! Normally sauce comes out of can, watery and salty, just meh.
The sauce was wonderful!!
Service:
The staff was friendly and attentive. Things moved along just fine.
Atmosphere:
Plenty of seating, well lit dinning room. Openess of room caused all the conversations to bounce and noise was a bit loud.
Overall I would return for another Burrito with the red sauce. Thank you

Wow! This is a very good restaurant. I really enjoyed the vegetable burrito. It is hearty considering it does not have meat. Great service and the margaritas are perfect. Highly recommended!

The staff were constantly running around the restaurant, leading to slow service. My group was split on their meals. The chicken mole is very sweet and has a strong cinnamon taste. Not for the faint of heart.
