I consistently observed a high volume of patrons at this restaurant, and having finally had the chance to visit today, I am pleased that I did. The staff member I met was exceptionally courteous. I placed an order for takeout, and upon arriving home, I found that my meal was prepared precisely according to my specifications. The steak was notably flavorful and cooked to perfection. Given the restaurant’s convenient location near my residence, I anticipate visiting more frequently in the future.

Hours showed that they were open until 10:30. Due to Covid-19 I elected to call ahead. They said they were only willing to do so for large numbers. I told them that they had 12 and they said ok I’ll be there in 5 minutes. I showed up and spoke in person with the one I spoke with on the phone. And suddenly it was no longer what he spoke with me on the phone. Obviously I didn’t try any of the food. But I can tell you the customer service was embarrassing!

Friendly staff, except for one who kept staring at my party and laughing for whatever reason. Food was okay but I’ve had better at similar type restaurants. The whole place needs a good cleaning from floor to ceiling. I lost my appetite if I looked anywhere but at my food. I noticed the bus boy wiping the food from a previous party into the floor and he never even bothered to come back to clean it up.

We went for lunch, the guy who checked us out was on the phone speaking Spanish the whole time, printed receipt & we paid & walked out. Got in the car and saw we were charged what would have been super prices($51) For 2 adults 1 kid. Was told there was nothing they could do since we walked out the door and that we wanted to speak with the manager… manager was on vacation and would be till Jan 15th. I believe they charged us full price knowing it. We will not be back to either location. Food isn’t the greatest anyway!
