Ordered the pollo camaron tapatio which sounded delicious. Received a over cooked dried chicken breast and 4 shrimp. No rice, no avacado slices or pineapple sauce. Very disappointed. Called to complain and my option was to remake and come get it. Back to Tx to get some good Mexican food.

Don’t come here unless you want to pay for food, not get it and them yell at you, saying you’re wrong after you are showing them the ticket showing you paid for it! Go anywhere else but here! I paid $70 for half of what I got. RIDICULOUS!

Very disappointed. We were seated at 9:50, hostess was very rude, bar tender yelled we are closed at 10. After another 5 minutes, someone walks up and says the kitchen is closed. Never in my years of living have I been in an establishment so unprofessional. If the door is unlocked, you are open and serve! Otherwise say “The kitchen is closed!”

We usually frequent the store over on 80 or the one close to celebrity. this one was a little busy this day and service was still good, you can tell when your server is running their legs off. food came in an acceptable amount of time and was delicious. I am always fajitas bravas in El jarritos and to me, it’s better when they are a little busy, the grill gets seasoned and it gives them a really awesome flavor. El jarritos is always a good choice for a meal out, service is good food is great, can’t miss.
