This has been our “go-to” taco truck for probably a decade. My wife and daughter always get the carne asada tacos because they are better than other food trucks we have tried. I always get the Alambre burrito because it is my favorite burrito anywhere. I crave it far too often. I could eat here every day. The owner and his staff are always friendly and efficient. The wait time is very short, 10-15 minutes tops.

Not the best food flavor wise. Got two items and meat was overall an odd texture. got a torta Mexico and it was okay, nothing that I feel I needed to have again. Something smelled off in my torta and I dismissed it as cotija cheese. However, after looking at the ingredients listed there is in fact no cotija cheese and only queso fresco—which does not have a smell similar to cotija. I now hope I don’t end up getting sick from the food (say a prayer for me). My coworker ordered a supreme burrito and also noted that the lengua was slimy and that he has had better. Paid nearly $30 for two items. Take that as you will. Parking is limited with some street parking available but it is in a residential area so probably not the greatest idea. Parking lot has about 3-6 parking spaces w some overlap. Staff seemed rather uninterested and apathetic and definitely not interested in any conversation whatsoever. The menu is so hard to read because of how much writing there is—I could barely find the drinks as I wanted to see if there were any hot drinks available! Way too much! After receiving my order, it was very apparent that staff kept staring at me inside my car whilst getting ready to leave—i understand people watching but is it necessary to make it that obvious? But that’s just me and you never know what someone’s got going on in their mind.
I will say, the salsas were very good and had great flavor, just a tad heavy on the salt but that may just be my personal preference. All in all, it’s okay. The food did what it needed to do but I personally don’t see myself racing back for more.

Ordered 3 chicken tacos, absolute fire . Heavy on the cilantro, included lime and radish, green salsa was great. Will definitely return and bring family next time.

Great Mexican food, large portions, and fast service. I often order for 10 people, and they will have my order done in fifteen minutes. I have never eaten a complete burrito it’s 2 meals for me. Their meat is wonderfully seasoned. I know their vegetarian burrito is well liked. Roasted chilies are a favorite. You have to request them specifically. They will gladly add extra hot salsa on the side or inside a burrito. They have done a good job about being flexible with the order’s. Definitely a favorite when it comes to Mexican food.

The man behind the counter is extremely rude. We ordered 2 burritos. They’re extremely stingy with the meat. The burritos have very little meat, a smear of beans and a lot of rice. So you’re basically eating just rice in a tortilla. My burrito also had a huge piece of fat! Do not go here.

I ordered the Chilaquiles the rice that they gave me cold the egg they’re supposed to be over easy they are burnt and cooked all the way through the Salsa is nice and spicy so that is good order two and was not provided any utensils so I guess they expected me to eat with my hands not going back

We’ve been here 8-10 times over a few years. Tacos and tortas are our usual. Good hot sauce, actually spicy.
BREAKFAST BURRITO WARNING:
There IS chorizo “mixed in with the potatoes.” (I called to ask.) But you can’t taste it because of the overwhelming flavor of the salty, pre-seasoned potatoes, bacon and microwavable sausage links.
If you don’t want a white girl breakfast burrito, specify “all chorizo”. But remember there won’t be hash browns.

Ordered supreme burrito de lengua and only burrito size was great but there was only 4-5 pieces of meat in there , for 12-14 Dollars was a rip off, had many food trucks and has never been that bad , girl taking order was very nice tho
