This place is a unique fusion of unique Mexican inspired dishes that have an Aztec vibe to them, offering a spectacular field of tastes both for their delicious alcohol selections and creations to the delicious awe inspiring dishes. The prices are excellent for the level of service and dishes. They take great care in showing pride in their craft. This place has been around for 3 plus years, and I am thankful I found this place in Girard. I will be going again.

First time here and it won’t be the last! I had the street corn dip and chips for a starter. OK THIS needs bottled and sold. It was AMAZING!! After, I had the Triple Threat Burrito and the hubby had tacos. The food was so great. We had a fantastic server named Alexis. She was so great. Make sure to ask for her when you go. Great atmosphere, good music.

Have never been here till today & will never be back! Wanted to try something new seen this place on fb & wanted to try it! To start with the waiter brought water out, great thank u! Asked for lemon. He comes back with sliced lemon IN HIS HAND AND STICKS IN MY DRINK!!! I’m like I’m sorry can I please get new water, he asked why, I told him that is completely disgusting, he said “how else would you like ur lemon” I said um maybe brought to me in a bowl and not in ur hands,with a attitude he said let me go find you a BOWL! he comes back, walks right past our table & starts taking the order at the next table!!!! I said don’t worry about that lemon we will take our buisness else where! He said “good”! I was here with my young child & have never felt so disrespected just because I didn’t want his hands in my drink!!!! I’ll be sure to share my experience on fb as well!

I have been coming to this restaurant for quite a while now and I do not frequent many in the area not only is the service spectacular. The food is to die for authentic Mexican. The drinks are always on point. The service is always 10 out of 10. I will come back. I will bring my family my friends. They make you feel at home every time!

It was our first time here for a date night and as soon as we walked in we were surprised with the space. It’s a lot bigger than what it seems from the outside. The atmosphere is welcoming and comforting. Now let’s get down to what you really want to know about, the food. The fajita bowl and enchilada is what we ordered, and the flavors were so clean and satisfying. Everything is made in house and you can tell. The portions were perfect.(Not over sized or under sized) we left feeling full but not tired full, satisfied full. Now the cocktails. I have had many cocktails, and the pineapple margarita by far is the best I have ever had. AMAZING!!! We got to meet the owner and he was such a pleasure and very inviting. The Sample dessert, stands on its own as with fantastic flavors. I personally don’t like cake but I will definitely be going back for more. So whether you just want a quick meal or your planning on Date night El Hefe is the place to be.

Came from out of town to go on a little day trip, and the people of the arcade recommended this place to us! MAN were they right, the food is downright delicious. If you come, you have to try the ocean bite taco. But truly, every taco is amazing. Our server Kyle, what a dog, gave us amazing service. My mom said it was also the best margherita she’s ever had. Again, W Kyle. We will definitely have to come back soon!!

We’ve been wanting to come here for soooo long and we finally did it! This place…. the food the service the creative drinks, the fun and funky atmosphere. What’s not to love?

We went back for Father’s Day because, well, I love this place. After another great meal they gave out $10 gift cards to all the dads that came in that day.
I see negative reviews about this place. It is not a “Mexican” restaurant. It is Mexican with an American twist. Go in open minded and you won’t be disappointed.
Where do I start? How about the service, Asha was our waitress and was absolutely amazing. Happy, friendly, outgoing, and all around an amazing server. She went out of her way to make sure that we were taken care of with the perfect amount of checking in on us. The food was prepared with love as you can taste it when you eat it. The presentation was beautiful, as they put a lot of care into what they are serving and it obviously showed. The seasoning and taste was the best I’ve had in the area but I’ve only been out here 3 years. The price for quantity and quality was also the best I’ve seen so far. This will 100% be my go to place. I will venture out still but DAMN this was great! Don’t cheat yourself and go treat yourself at El Hefe’s!
